Браслет перестает работать, когда отхожу от телефона, в фоном режиме. Как исправить это?

I'm attempting to set up an account to link my bracelet to, but the app is not actually sending a code to my phone number as it should. I've entered the correct number and checked that I have good Wi-Fi connection (as the troubleshooting tips on their website suggest), but it just isn't working.

I bought the bond bracelet for my boyfriend and me for christmas. Now one of the bracelets goes off on random moments. It vibrates and flashes. It's very annoying. Because now one of us gets random messages, so ut doesn't work how it supposed to. I hope you can help us or regognize this problem.

my partner and i have accounts but when i try to connect it says she doesn’t have one. anyone else had this issue how do i fix it ?

got mine today and it seemed to work, til all of a sudden it’s connecting on bluetooth but wont connect in the app. so annoying bc i’ve tried everything

I bought my braclet oceans and mountains. And after u gave it to my partner mybraclet wouldn't stay connect, so in an attempt I forgot the device and now it won't even recognize it or anything and the app says network error. (Samsung) what do I do I've tried potentially all the recommended solutions.

My ToTwoo will not turn on or vibrate when I touch it. It does not turn on when placed on charger. It has been working well for 22 days but today it randomly stopped working. It was working earlier this morning. I thought it may have just been low on charge but it has been charging for over an hour and I cannot get it to light up, vibrate, or even indicate it is charging.

The app won’t even let me log in to create an account. When it sends me a code, and I enter it, it just says incorrect code over and over again.

I have had my bracelets for about 10 days..... it will not charge, it will not connect to the app. I read online that I might need a new battery..... but I dont see the battery at all....... help.......

my partner bought me this bracelet a month back for our anniversary, i had no issues with it until today. i thought it had died so i went to go put it on the charger and nothing happened, no light no nothing. it seems like it just quit working.

My bracelet won’t even turn on. It worked perfectly fine this morning then it just stopped. Doesn’t turn on light up or anything. I placed it on the charger and nothing is happening either. At all

The app keeps crashing. I tried restarting the app and restarting my phone. Neither helped. The app appears to be running in the background but whenever I click on it to open it the screen goes white and then black before my Android phone alerts me that the app has stopped running and asks if I should close it or wait. If you wait the same crash message pops up in a few seconds. Any help is appreciated.

Device won't stay connected to my Partner's Apple phone. I have an Oppo and it works fine, but theirs regularly disconnects, won't send buzzes even if showing connected, and after only a couple days of use their account disconnected from the app.

Hi, my totwoo all of a sudden is continuously vibrating and lighting up purple without flashing. It’s not connecting to Bluetooth and I’m not quite sure what went wrong. I just picked it up and it started having trouble. I’ve only had it for a couple of days now. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
