Hello, I cant get any UK channels through Beebs. Tried uninstalling Chrome and re-installing,, removing and re-adding extension, plus restarting laptop, but none of these work. I have paid my account fees again in January. Please can you advise.

How to fix Beebs app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Beebs app on iPhone
Update Beebs app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Beebs iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Beebs on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Beebs network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Beebs Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Beebs not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Beebs App
1. On android, goto Settings » Beebs » click [Force Stop]

Update Beebs to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Beebs App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Beebs » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Beebs.

Fix Beebs unable to contact server/ Beebs internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Beebs » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Beebs » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Beebs
