I got a new phone and am having a hard time setting the app up.

Does not survive restore even on same device

Restoring from a backup of the identical device does not restore secrets. I think this is totally unnecessary as credentials could have been encrypted using device keys and included in a Backup. As the device keys are never exposed and are specific to only one device this is in my view sufficiently secure to store keys in a backup. I now have the hassle to have to request setup for many logins. What a waste of time.

Everyone thinks they need an app

My biggest problem with this app is the fact that I'm forced to use this app. Google Authenticator is already on my phone and used for other apps. Why should I download yet another Authenticator app that is single use? I don't need ten thousand different Authenticator apps, #*ۥ{+?! Grrr

These companies need to get off their hubris and work with open standards. Their apps should be optional because, really, I don't want a bunch of authentication apps on my phone.

Too many steps to log in. Really can’t see why you can’t push just button and get into the hub. I realize this is an issue between both the hub and mobile pass but it’s literally six screen touches and two face recognitions to get into the hub. Ridiculous. No making me choose a nickname to submit this?? Holy.
