Too many steps to log in. Really can’t see why you can’t push just button and get into the hub. I realize this is an issue between both the hub and mobile pass but it’s literally six screen touches and two face recognitions to get into the hub. Ridiculous. No making me choose a nickname to submit this?? Holy.

Restoring from a backup of the identical device does not restore secrets. I think this is totally unnecessary as credentials could have been encrypted using device keys and included in a Backup. As the device keys are never exposed and are specific to only one device this is in my view sufficiently secure to store keys in a backup. I now have the hassle to have to request setup for many logins. What a waste of time.

My biggest problem with SafeNet is the fact that I'm forced to use SafeNet. Google Authenticator is already on my phone and used for other apps. Why should I download yet another Authenticator app that is single use? I don't need ten thousand different Authenticator apps, #*ۥ{+?! Grrr

These companies need to get off their hubris and work with open standards. Their apps should be optional because, really, I don't want a bunch of authentication apps on my phone.

Provide helpdesk support at large Org helping users onboard MFA for their devices. Device registrations consistently fail because this app backend servers can’t handle high volume/capacity registrations at once. This is supposed to be “enterprise” ready and your infrastructure can’t support the demands of onboarding new customers, really??? It’s exactly why half these other reviews are so negative. A simple update to SafeNet forces PIN confirmation, half our employees got lazy relying on biometric ID, and now they have to setup tokens again. The simple spike in demand from a simple update has bogged your servers down again. Fix this now if you want to retain enterprise customers!!

SafeNet generally works well, the most recent update to the application brought a few bugs with it. Using the fingerprint authentication will cause SafeNet to visibly glitch and then force close, I can generate a pin manually by clicking Token Pin and bypassing the fingerprint authentication however knowing how SafeNet is supposed to work on the authentication side is frustrating.

I normally do not write reviews. However SafeNet used to be pretty amazing in that you could simply approve a login request by approving it on your Apple Watch. It's been at least a year since that's gone away. Having to unlock a phone with face ID and tapping approve is a tedious step when the phone sits on your desk. The more passive the experience the better.

For our large corporation, on each device, we only have one PIN number we use SafeNet for, leaving about 2/3 of SafeNet screen unused. All I ever do with SafeNet is hit the refresh button. Make the button BIGGER .... you have plenty of space to utilize. That’s the only thing this thing does for me is generate 6 new digits. Make it super easy. Thanks.

Worked fine in my old iPhone 6s, then I got the new iPhone 8 and SafeNet gets stuck on enrolling. I can’t do any work remotely without this, please fix ASAP.

Update: you need to uninstall SafeNet and then reinstall. Once reinstalled, SafeNet should work correctly.

Install and activation were difficult with no support. Once it was up and running it has run great. Big improvement over previous version.

In order to do my job I need this. Couldn’t make it work on the computer. Started flipping out until my boss said, “just get SafeNet .” And here we are. Thanks guys! It works great.

Won’t consistently open with finger print. Not my phone as other apps with fingerprint open immediately. This apps cycles twice before recognizing my fingerprint.

When a notification appears from outside SafeNet and I approve it, it won’t send until I actually open the application. That’s my only issue. Everything else’s great!

I really appreciate my company’s adoption of this easy to use app on my phone that allows my to login to the full intranets on my laptop, from anywhere. Working from home or the beach feels secure.

I don’t know if you’re testing this on iPhone X, but the 0 sometimes doesn’t respond in the keypad because the Home Bar blocks it.

Moving it a cm or so up should repair that.

Otherwise, life saver. Don’t have to tote my damned machine around for a passcode !

I have three different “two device Authenticators” that I need to maintain, find on my iPhone and intermittently use. Why can’t my IT department just use one?! Google is fine. Gemalto is fine. So is the other. There is no darn difference from a user perspective between them.

I hate how when you open SafeNet it shows a number then within 2 seconds it updates and replaces the number. Can it show up blank then populate the correct number??

When I get a notification outside SafeNet push notification options no longer work. I have to open SafeNet copy the pass phrase, then paste it into the webpage. I have an IPhone 11 pro. Shouldn’t be happening.

The feature that allows me to send a request from my computer to mobile pass has a turnaround time that is often too long for the delay on my computer. That makes the process fail about 25% of the time.

The whole process is slightly confusing causing me to bother my IT dept. unnecessarily. Cleared, succinct step by step instructions with steps when things do not behave as expected are appreciated.

I get to use it to log into my work computer and it is quick and lets me not use a physical token. I recommend it.
