In the browser it won't save my recordings that are longer than a minute and 30 seconds. This problem just started happening before that I was recording fine.

Have not been able to properly release episodes on either of my feeds. The episode says it's released, but no one can listen to it on RSS and it hasn't appeared on any distribution platforms such as Spotify.

I was unable to join my friend's podcast. I got the invite notification in the app, when I clicked it to join, a web page opened on my cellphones internet browser. The web page was that of my friend but there was no button or option for me to click to join the recording.

I cannot log in to any of my Anchor accounts. Cleared cache and cookies. Browser is up to date. When you try to log in the homepage stays in place.

We recorded two separate things for our podcast. It now cannot recover the audio and I have no idea how to fix it. Causing us to have to re record the episode.

When I try to open Anchor fm online the page doesn't open after I log in. It's been like this for a week or so now. Thank you Catrin

Close and restart the Spotify app on iPhone
Update Spotify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spotify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spotify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spotify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Spotify app issues:

Force Stop the Spotify App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Spotify app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Spotify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spotify App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Spotify app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Spotify.

Fix Spotify unable to contact server/ Spotify internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Spotify » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Spotify » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
