How to fix GoPlus Cam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GoPlus Cam app on iPhone
Update GoPlus Cam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GoPlus Cam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GoPlus Cam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GoPlus Cam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GoPlus Cam Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GoPlus Cam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GoPlus Cam App
1. On android, goto Settings » GoPlus Cam » click [Force Stop]

Update GoPlus Cam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoPlus Cam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GoPlus Cam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GoPlus Cam.

Fix GoPlus Cam unable to contact server/ GoPlus Cam internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GoPlus Cam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GoPlus Cam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoPlus Cam
