It's been a long time trying, but when I want to create an account and I get a message at the bottom in red that says "connection problems, try again later" but it's been days and I restart my Wi-Fi modem and it's still the same. PD: sorry if some words are disorganized, I use the translator because my English is not very good

Force Stop the Stela App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Stela app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Stela to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stela App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Stela app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Stela.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Stela » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Stela » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
