It's been a long time trying, but when I want to create an account and I get a message at the bottom in red that says "connection problems, try again later" but it's been days and I restart my Wi-Fi modem and it's still the same. How to fix Stela app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stela app on iPhone
Update Stela app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stela iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stela on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stela network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Stela Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Stela not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Stela App
1. On android, goto Settings » Stela » click [Force Stop]

Update Stela to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stela App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Stela » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Stela.

Fix Stela unable to contact server/ Stela internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Stela » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Stela » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Stela
