How to fix Mangazone app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mangazone app on iPhone
Update Mangazone app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mangazone iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mangazone on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mangazone network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mangazone Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mangazone not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mangazone App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mangazone » click [Force Stop]

Update Mangazone to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mangazone App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mangazone » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mangazone.

Fix Mangazone unable to contact server/ Mangazone internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mangazone » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mangazone » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
