1. Timings unreliable - delivery and pick up for anything to be returned.
2. Be careful - credit card purchases are automatically added to store credit unless the amount purchased on ur credit card is more than the value of the store credit! With small purchases, in time, this adds up and your store credit grows and grows so large it is impossible to actually get a money refund!
3. Agents were not well versed with their own policies and some barely speak English!
Worst app ever runaway they cancel your order after you pay and they don’t answer you
If anybody is awaiting delivery as commited ,then you d be disappointed. Even if it cost a bit more, never buy with upfront payment, because at some point you will want to cancel becuase of their late delivery ...
