SpotOn Teamwork Classic Reviews

First off this is getting 2 stars simply because it is functional and it does everything it needs to do, but it’s a reluctant 2 stars. Beyond that it’s a clunky mess of a UI that looks straight out of 2002. Graphics are overly large and don’t align well. You have to scroll for everything. Selecting individual hours for requests and availability is ridiculous because every half hour is a touch point the size of a grain of sand, and that’s on my iPhone Pro Max. Why can’t you just have an hours drop down like everyone else? SpotOnTeamworkClassic also forces you into landscape for certain actions, which is just a bandaid on poor UI design. The core functionality is there, but this needs a full ground-up Facelift. I cannot believe an app could make me miss HotSchedules.

The first word that comes to mind is CLUNKY. I have to use this for work everyday and I am stuck wishing the interface and software didn’t remind me of 1998 when I had my first PC.
At the end of the day it does what it’s suppose to do but every time I have to open this horrible app I am stuck in a bad 3D wallpaper. Live Schedule is so much more intuitive and functional. Please developers, fix this sloppy mess of software.

SpotOnTeamworkClassic is just awful. I hate that my restaurant uses it. Every time it updates I have to completely re-sign in and reset my password every...single...time. 2 or 3 failed tries and you are blocked. For what security purpose? My phone is already protected and now this? Very frustrating. Also, every time I go to look at another app like my calendar or email to coordinate dates it takes me back to the dolce clock home screen and I have to start all over again. Also, the calendar sync only works one week at a time. You should be able to sync with google calendar once like other apps. Not every single week! So much wrong with SpotOnTeamworkClassic. I’m pushing for my restaurant to get something else.

My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, “If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.” Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- “Don’t ever smoke. Please don’t put your family through what your Grandfather put us through.” I agreed. At 28, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because SpotOnTeamworkClassic gave me cancer anyway.

This is just about the ugliest app I’ve ever seen. So sad that my company decided to switch over to this. Really hoping there’ll be an update soon that makes SpotOnTeamworkClassic more attractive, user friendly, and easier to navigate. I just wanna be able to see my schedule! Is that too much to ask??

Developer, take a look at HotSchedules. SpotOnTeamworkClassic is SO user friendly and easy to navigate. Honestly, look at any app! It’s 2019! It’s not hard to make your app user friendly anymore.

SpotOnTeamworkClassic is terrible. it makes me sign in every time before i clock in and takes many minutes to load. it logs me out immediately after clocking in, so if i want to check the schedule for the day i have to do it before clocking in or log in again to see it. SpotOnTeamworkClassic won’t load the first time i try, i have to exit out and then open it again for it to load. it also is not mobile user friendly. i have to turn my screen horizontal to see the whole page. additionally, it will no longer let me log in using my last/first name. i have to retype my email and password (it will not save my info) every time. it is a huge hassle to use, but i have to for my job. please fix these issues.

Can a developer please tell me how to get the “today widget” onto my Home Screen! It’s advertised on the loading screen of SpotOnTeamworkClassic but I can’t figure it out anywhere in the help page on both app and website, nor anywhere on Widgetsmith or when I hit the plus on my home screen! How do I get this?? I’m using iOS 14.8.1

SpotOnTeamworkClassic is so underwhelming in every way especially because there are other apps like this that are so much more modern. SpotOnTeamworkClassic doesn’t save your password through app updates so you always have to retype it. It also doesn’t automatically save to the Apple keychain. The menu always has to reload if you get off the screen for even a second. What more can I say?

SpotOnTeamworkClassic hardly works at all. Loading times are hilariously long, sometimes it doesn’t load at all. You can’t check your notifications or switch to another app without SpotOnTeamworkClassic giving a loading screen and then returning to the start screen.

There’s an option to “Keep Me Signed In” but it never does. It is frustrating working in a fast paced industry with fluid schedules and constant shift swaps and SpotOnTeamworkClassic doesn't save my password nor lets my iPhone the option to save it to my passcode. I’ve had to reset my password every other week. If banking apps with far more sensitive information can keep me logged in, no excuse for Dolce.

One of the worst schedule apps out there. It’s constantly reloading the page and is so slow. It also looks like it hasn’t received any aesthetic updates since 2010. It could be way smoother and easier to use.

I am currently using SpotOnTeamworkClassic not by choice but because we have to. It is horrible. I constantly have to authenticate it with my google account to sync with my calendar. It’s frustrating. The layout is not clear or concise. SpotOnTeamworkClassic has a bug where the loading icon is still appearing in the middle of the screen when I’m trying to do other things.

Please update SpotOnTeamworkClassic and debug.

Where do I start? Garbage UI made by people that have apparently never used an iPhone before. It reloads after every. Single. Thing. You. Do.

Oh, “keep me signed in”, Ha! Those words mean nothing, it will require you to sign in every single time, as well.

Please, for the love of god, hire someone that knows how to program apps, because right now you have no one that can do it, apparently.

I have tried different WiFi connections and everything. SpotOnTeamworkClassic loads for me about 20% of the time. I just want to know when I work...

Genuinely the single worst employee app out there. Going from 7shifts to this makes me want to quit my job. Shame on the developers. Shame on the company. A darn shame that this is considered acceptable and usable- it is not.

Has to be the absolute worst app I’ve ever used for scheduling. Why must it “refresh” every single time I get a notification for something else?

Before I downloaded SpotOnTeamworkClassic I was a devout spiritual Christian. Now I realize after downloading SpotOnTeamworkClassic that there is no god because he would not allow this monstrosity to exist in the world.

Echoing what everyone else said: SpotOnTeamworkClassic is somehow the slowest, ugliest, least intuitive and nearly useless thing imaginable. Just wow... and developers replying asking for screenshots of other better-looking apps? What an absolute joke. Ugh.

SpotOnTeamworkClassic is extremely confusing and the interface looks like we’re back in 2010 on an iPhone 3G. It takes forever to load and navigating through SpotOnTeamworkClassic is probably harder than it was to drive from California to New York with map quest papers printed out. Please fix this it’s 2019 and I’m stuck forced to use SpotOnTeamworkClassic daily for my job. Get it together SpotOnTeamworkClassic looks gross.

Your app still struggles to upload in any scenario and what app In 2019 needs to restart every thing if you leave SpotOnTeamworkClassic NOT quit for 5 seconds. Useless

Impossible to use with Mobile Authenticator App. There’s no option to enter the code.

This is by far the worst app on my phone
