Love this App!

Hello this app!

We absolutely love Deskpro to manage our tickets and all, but one thing that we are have an issue with is the constant app crash every time we try and view the users or organizations. Is this going to be fixed?

Doesn’t work on iOS 13.4

Please update so it will support on iOS 13.4

BROKEN!

Since moving to AWS hosted, Deskpro is broken. DO NOT UNINSTALL. I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall due to refresh of filtered tickets not working. Now I cannot see ANY filters/tickets except in alerts.

It crashes everytime I try to open a ticket?

Every single time. I can see all of the tickets but as soon as I click to open one it closes. Everytime.

App crashes when you try to open a ticket. In addition, there is no functionality whatsoever for chats.

This is a much better agent app then was available before. Looks like I can do everything that I can do in the agent portal.
