BROKEN!

Since moving to AWS hosted, the app is broken. DO NOT UNINSTALL. I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall due to refresh of filtered tickets not working. Now I cannot see ANY filters/tickets except in alerts.

It crashes everytime I try to open a ticket?

Every single time. I can see all of the tickets but as soon as I click to open one it closes. Everytime.

Abandoned App

App crashes when you try to open a ticket. In addition, there is no functionality whatsoever for chats.
