I absolutely love working with and for Victory. They have a solid team of professionals who are hard working and really care about who they hire and who represents them as well as their high profile clientele. I know they get a bad rap for "taking too long to pay" but they always pay and the payment is accurate. I also heard they improved their payment process too. I always look forward to working with them. Ive never been disappointed in any events I've worked and I have always had a chance to excel and be part of the best teams. They treat you with respect and care about you as if you were family, they make sure you get your breaks and there is always enough food for everyone . Not a lot of agencies do that. I really respect them because they have zero tolerance for sloppy workers and people who misrepresent their high standards. They have cool gigs and Ive met some amazing people because of that. If you're looking for a great experience and are a little patient this is definitely worth your while to sign up with. VictoryAgency is also straight forward and easy to use also.

VictoryAgency is pretty easy to use. Had no problem setting up my profile and submitting for jobs. They offer some cool events and cover lots of different cities. Yes, the more desirable events seem to be harder to book, but once you build a work history with them, I feel you book more and better gigs. The pay rates are decent and the staff is very friendly and responsive.

Idk if I am new however every single gig that I applied for was filled by someone else even the less paying ones. The jobs are super basic so I’m not understanding how I can’t get one. Went through another agency for the same tech event and got called back the next day smh. I’m uninstalling my app and deleting my account. Got my hopes up for no reason. Waste of my dam time and if what other people are saying that they take a long time to pay which is highly illegal in California as an independent contractor, I’m glad I never booked and wasted my time.

I’ve worked for Victory Marketing for the first time and it didn’t disappoint me. I was doubtful at first, but this company gives you the opportunity to work for big company’s and to give you more in depth about being a brand ambassador and give a great experience.

A few months ago they sent everyone an email they would be paying out around the two week mark. Now I am getting paid on average of two months out. Companies will do this to make interest off of payments and it’s just ridiculous to wait this long. I will not be taking any more gigs from this company.

VictoryAgency is frozen and honestly is a waste of my time.

As the title states, it used to be great working for Victory, but now they don’t pay a standard brand ambassador wage, the hours are atrocious, and there’s hardly any timeline for length of work—it only says “ongoing”—and now they expect you to put PowerPoints and slideshows together? Unreal.

You used to be better than offering 15–16 hour shifts for a measly rate. Luckily, there are competitors such as RedPeg.

VictoryAgency crashes Every time I attempt to enter my email address to sign in. I don’t do social media and can’t sign up that way and even if I could VictoryAgency crashes when you press any button.
It’s very disheartening to see a job available but VictoryAgency crashes before you can get it.

I have 11 years being a brand ambassador but honestly this the first time I worked for a REAL company . They are super profesional + organized !!!!! All their crew It’s so A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made an account Friday 1/12 it’s been one full week and my account is still under review. VictoryAgency still says “under review, shouldn’t take more than 48 hrs”. Well it’s been 168 hrs, and I’m still wasting my time.

When they say it takes three up to three months to get paid they weren’t playing! I was paid on the last week of that three months.

It keeps crashing every time I open.

Friendly, Respectful, Caring company. Fast turnaround for payment as well! Go Victory!

When VictoryAgency isn’t working it’s hard to get assistance with it. I love working with the company but VictoryAgency doesn’t always let you apply.

Super glitchy. I can't view any gigs I applied to. Also setting up direct deposit didn't work for me so I had to contact Victory. It wouldn't let me submit my direct deposit info. VictoryAgency lags a lot as well. Hopefully an update is coming soon.

The new update crashes every time I try to open it

I have worked other events and that’s how I met Rey. I applied, resume, pictures and pretty much everything Victory required after emailing asking why I can get gigs. It’s going on 2 months and I’ve applied in so many in the Los Angeles County that I have not been approved. I see the same gig pop up and I apply again and NOTHING. Very disappointing and a waste of trying to get a gig. Some of the jobs are 1 mile away like the Convention Center. I get hired through other companies before I do with them GPJ has even recommended.
