AWeber Stats Reviews

I’m guessing the people who need to read this, will not. AWeber is a good company and their online support through their web site is good. So, I have to wonder why they allow an app that is so woefully bad - inept - to exist in the marketplace?

An app as bad as this, with so many bad reviews, is not putting a good face on your service. It makes you look bad - inept - and that will not instill confidence in those researching their next email provider.

For my new iPad, I have to open AWeberStats , then close it, then reopen it just to see the limited data it will show. There’s so much data that AWeberStats is supposed to show, but does not. Those fields are blank. Why? This doesn’t seem like a difficult problem to address. Yet, AWeber refuses to address it. It’s been over a year since they updated AWeberStats. All during that time, it did not work. It needs more updating.

I can only get AWeberStats to work 20% of the time. IF THAT. I’ve only been able to see my actual stats through AWeberStats a handful of times and I’ve had it for 2 months. I always get a “we’ve encountered an error. Please try again” notification when I’m trying to look at my subscribers. The main function of AWeberStats isn’t working and I’m seeing many other comments have mentioned bugs from over a year ago with no fixes. I do not recommend AWeberStats until they’ve fixed their issues.

Every time I’ve opened AWeberStats over the past 6+ months, it never shows my stats or numbers. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in, but that doesn’t work. You’d think with such a large well-established company, a decent mobile app wouldn’t be that difficult to develop. I’ve been an Aweber customer for 5+ years and this has only been an issue within the last year.

A bit buggy. It could be extremely useful if the bugs were fixed and all the screens actually showed the right numbers instead of showing errors.
Please fix.

I deleted AWeberStats a couple months back for the same issue. I downloaded it still crashes.
The default list shows as “null” instead anything on my list. When you use the drop down to select your list it opens within AWeberStats in the equivalent of 2 pop up screens. No back button or way to get out of this inner pop up screen.

Purely a "watch" system. Can't delete, add anyone. Can't review emails sent. Can't do anything but see a scheduled email list and % of opens.

Not sure what the point is.

If this actually app adds useful functionality in the very near future, I'll consider using it again.

Almost every negative review has a follow up from support about how sorry they are. Yet the problems persist. It’s a shame they don’t take more care in this aspect of their platform.

They also offer the user to call support. Support. If you want to find out what’s wrong just try to use it. AWeberStats NEVER works. EVER.

AWeberStats is great and does what it says it does! It does not need an update like other comments say. Thanks Aweber!

AWeberStats would be vastly improved if I could curate and send out email messages to my subscribers. Reviewing email stats isn’t exactly something I need to do on the go but communicating with subscribers most definitely is.

It’s almost like AWeber doesn’t even care about AWeberStats . It’s absolute garbage and always crashes..... month after month. The same thing with the crashing and instability.

How are they not able to figure this out at this point?!?

Have been with AWeber for at least 3 yrs and AWeberStats constantly crashes. Very UNRELIABLE. Absolute junk, cannot say 1 thing nice about it. Wondering when they going to fix it

This hardly works and can’t seem to ever connect to their data base. AWeberStats is useless. Just go to the web site.

Had log out and back in. All get is error message every time I open it.

The updates don’t seem to help. It still crashes and has “unexpected errors”.

AWeberStats is great for giving you a quick snapshot of what's happening when you're not at your computer. If you want to know the open and click-through rates of a recent broadcast email, simply open AWeberStats and bam! there they are. Highly recommended, it's a great too for on-the-go information.

It shows sub and un-subs for today but not much else. I would like to track total on each list and that seems like a most basic function but is missing.

While you may be able to write a broadcast with your mobile device using AWeberStats, why would you?

I winder if the people designing AWeberStats ever used it for tracking their own business!

I've been a major player in the email marketing for years. Just brought my entire clientele network to AWeber from one of their major competitors. One of the main reasons was because of their mobile features.

Their mobile app is the best I've seen yet.

Be advised that no service that I'm aware of allows you to create emails and send them through their app. In most cases it's just for tracking and results.

By that standard AWeberStats is incredibly user-friendly.

This is a very solid apps, and allows me to easily and quickly check my newsletter stats. It doesn't do more beyond that, but it's exactly what I need for the mobile app.

As others have said AWeberStats in its current form is useless. It used to work but now after logging in it says something went wrong and displays no info about your account. Not sure why aweber won’t fix this issue.

Blank page on subscribers list - won't show anything - AWeberStats does nothing at all. It’s completely not working. I’ve deleted and downloaded again twice. Pleas fix it.

AWeberStats never works: it constantly crashes. It’s been this way for 4-5 months. not sure why they haven’t addressed this yet.

I login and then it says something went wrong. It then asks me to sign in again but the button doesn’t work. Completely useless.

I reinstalled AWeberStats based on your suggestion and it’s still not working.

It won’t stay open long enough to get any information. Phone and app are up to date.

Used to work. Doesn’t work AT ALL any more. It hasn’t for several months now. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice. Nothing works at all any more....

Stopped working after latest update

AWeberStats does what it says but what we need is an app that gives us the tools to write newsletters and follow-ups to our broadcasts. We can all use the Internet on our phones to check stats. We need to be able to write newsletters!

AWeberStats also does not allow you to see total opens unless I'm not seeing that. Waste

AWeberStats on its own probably deserves 5 stars. It does what it says. The issue is, I didn't have problems getting stats through the browser. However, what is a major problem is creating emails on tablets and mobile, which is not addresses at all.
