HelloI'm a pro user and I found what it seems to be an error on the Python course Like humans computers also have to make several decisions. Python provides if, if-else and if-elif-else decision making statements. If can be used to test a single condition, else is used to tell the computer what to do in case if statement evaluates to true.  This last statement is not true. Else is used when the condition is false. (Am I wrong?) Another error is in in the Repeating task chapter of Python. While loops. You wrote first: A while loop works based on the condition. ( while condition: statementsIt ) repeatedly executes the following statements until the condition evaluates to false. And lastly said: To Summarize: Loops are used to execute statements multiple times. In Python, for and while loops are provided. A for loop takes in variable and a list of numbers, which can be generated for example by using range(). A while takes a condition and repeatedly executes the statements until the condition is found to be true. you said two differents things about the same issue. In the first you said the conditios must be false and later said that the condition must be true Please tell me l if I am wrong or you are wrong? Regards

Definitely buggy and strange

I got this to learn programming languages like python and C++. I took the fundamentals course just to check it out. I already know HTML and CSS. If I didn’t I wouldn’t have been able to figure out this course at all! It asked questions related to things it did not teach. At one point it registered my answer as incorrect even though I did not choose that answer. The text is also often grammatically incorrect, with words in the wrong order. They required me to rate the app only a minute into the course and there was no way out of it. Trying to share the certificate I earned was impossible. I got the pro version because the “for life” option seemed like a good deal and this app came highly recommended from a friend. I will not be using this app. I saw that some of these problems were described a year ago, and the developer said they would fix it. They did not. I would like to get my money back, and I certainly question my friend’s judgement now!

Just another Mimo

I wanted to get s clear understanding of JavaScript because I thought I had a bad base understanding of it. So I started searching around for apps because I can’t bring Pluralsight with me everywhere. I saw an app called “Mimo” and I started learning. After the first lesson it said I needed to upgrade to Pro. I mean come on! At least tell people in the description that you will charge them besides saying that it has in app purchases. So I continued looking for an app and I found this app. I thought there would be a catch, but I wasn’t sure. I downloaded the app and started on the JavaScript course. After 2 lessons, it says I need to upgrade to Pro! How annoying can you people get? Now, I’m speaking on behalf of other people when I say that not everyone has the money to buy an upgrade just after two lessons. At least make some courses free and others cost money.

Java glitch

I tried the free version just to see what I would be getting for my money. I selected the Java course and got to the first quiz. It asks, “what is Java? I selected “it is a programming language”. The system then comes back and says, “oops it’s not a video game or a desert island”. It’s obvious it’s not registering my answer. I don’t see a way to skip over or continue without the programming registering my answer. I wrote the company to let them know and give them a chance to fix it before I wrote this review. They responded right away but then never corrected the glitch. It’s been over a month now. I have also deleted the app and downloaded it again. I’m certainly not paying for something like this. The app is suppose to teach you how to program but obviously they don’t know how to program their stuff correctly. Frustrated to say the least.
