I strongly advise against purchasing gift cards from this company due to my unfortunate experience. I encountered a significant issue with their AutoZone gift card system, which remained inaccessible for a prolonged period of 6 days. Consequently, I had to personally cover the expenses incurred as a result. Despite my attempts to obtain a resolution, I have encountered considerable difficulty in obtaining either a replacement or a refund. Regrettably, the company asserts that they are unable to assist me in any way and suggests that I simply retain the gift card for future use. In my pursuit of a resolution, I have engaged in conversations with approximately 6 individuals in an attempt to connect with a manager who may have the capacity to offer assistance or provide some clarity on the matter. However, I have been informed that all managers are currently engaged in a meeting, with no indication of when it will conclude or whether I will receive a callback. Consequently, I feel compelled to caution others against making any purchases from this company. The situation I find myself in is truly exasperating and unsatisfactory.

Save your guys the time and trouble.
Get legit gift cards from the actual companies you’re buying for. I’ve been fighting to have my refund for almost two months now via email.

I was told I would get a refund because the card they gave me read as invalid . Anyways, I was told I need confirmation from the person that bought me the gift card; I got confirmation and they immediately said me nor the recipient never responded. And now they’re telling me they don’t do gift cards. I cannot stress enough how bogus this company is.

When your gift doesn't fill your recipient expectations and you contact customer service and the only answer they have is we are sorry but there's nothing we can do , the good news is that
you don’t need to use your Gift Card right away! Most Gift Cards have a validity of 12-36 months so you can wait to use your Gift Card.
Thank you for your patience and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has brought you. Then you learn that is a bad a choice to buy a gift card as they only care about sell. Horrible experience with this marketplace . I do not recommend this headache to any other customer .Save time and save headaches , better choice is to give the money directly to the person so they can buy whatever they want .

This used to be such a great app in conjunction with Afterpay for those that were struggling to like you know live? They had everything Walmart, gas, DoorDash, Starbucks, auto zone. Now it’s reduced to maybe five cards. Somebody may ask why spend money if you don’t have money I have to eat and I have bills to pay. PrezzeeeGiftcards is essentially redundant. Doesn’t even offer you the ability to use a gift card for like just regular money. PrezzeeeGiftcards is a poor excuse of what it used to be. I don’t know if they’re going bankrupt or what. Seriously this is an issue that’s been ongoing. Now there’s freaking Roblox and stupid stores I’ve never even heard of! Seriously fix your app!

Worst customer care! Purchased two different gift cards. First one doesn’t allow me to swap out like supposed to from any of the many options except one. Second gift card I purchased to use immediately for a trip I was going on. Couldn’t even access it or the site to use it. Couldn’t get any help that day and didn’t get a response till a day later after I didn’t need that card anymore. Asked if I could swap it they were insensitive, rude, and felt like I was speaking to a robot. I feel scammed. Be very careful using PrezzeeeGiftcards because what you get you can’t swap like it says and you can’t get help for days.

I was forced to use this service by purchasing a gift card through Afterpay. As instructed for in store use, I added to my Apple pay. That did not work. I then tried Google Pay, again that did not work. Spent about 30 minutes holding up a line trying to get it to go through. They called in help from somewhere else and found a way to do it. Now I'm home and I am trying to check my balance. I really shouldn't be surprised that it does not have access to the card to do so. If you can't offer a complete service, don't do it at all. I am beyond frustrated.

I purchased a $200 Target gift card, however the card I received is invalid and can’t be redeemed. This was extremely embarrassing since I had originally sent the card to someone as a gift. The customer service thus far seems very sketchy as there’s no way to contact Prezzee by phone. I haven’t received an email response either.
I’ve purchased multiple gift cards from other retailers and never received an INVALID CARD. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Unless customer service comes through and refunds my order, I can’t recommend this company at all. Too risky.

So, 1st order, did not work some security check stopped it. I contacted the team and they said we have cleared your account. Made a couple of purchases, then again tried to place order and it failed due to sone Network API error. Raised it again and this time same lame excuse of security.

It is so funny that these guys are in selling gift card business and you can’t buy when there is a gifting occasion. Don’t rely on PrezzeeeGiftcards for you have limited options.

I am technology person and somehow I know that the network API is nothing to do with Security, perhaps they hide all failures as security issue.

After this response I tried 3 times , different days, still not working . Guys, fix your bugs and make your bug worth time of a customer.

Purchased an Afterpay gift card, can’t use it and the “Support” team seems to have the exact same troubleshooting steps as myself. Conversation with support kept going in circles with no resolution given, no timeline of a resolution, and my questions were not really answered either. I only gave it 2 stars because my wife was able to get a gift card and use it successfully, but a success rate of 50% is unacceptable (so far) when it should legitimately be 100%.

I love the options of gift cards and I haven’t had a problem with that, but when I order the gift card it takes to long to show up in my email

I lost my gift card, I emailed them to let them know I had lost it , not even 10 minutes later I had my unused gift card back in my email!

It was easy to set up, my CC would red flag it. So if it happens to you. You may have to call your CC issuer to allow it. The CC issuer will still decline, yet answering yes, to their text if it’s me trying to make this legit purchase. Give it several seconds and it will approve on the 2nd try. I do appreciate the high level of security! Don’t let it affect you.

my son sent me $300 which I could choose anything I wanted which I thought was great. I used one at cheesecake factory for $50. I used one at PF Chang for $50. I used one at Primark for $50. I had $150 left which I had chosen Capital Grill for $100 and $50 at bonefish Grilleto my shocking horror, the $150 had gone my wallet was empty. I had nothing there so my suggestion is don’t buy from this place too much aggravation
I suggest you never buy from this place it’s amazing how they won’t let you change your nickname. Every nickname I’ve chosen has been taken what a surprise!!!

I purchased this gift card via AfterPay with zero issues. I used the gift card at the Target self checkout by scanning the Target Gift Card barcode within the Prezzee app. Worked like it was supposed to. This really came in handy. Thank you! 💛

Been using PrezzeeeGiftcards for over 6 months and it keep tracks of all my gift card and organized them nicely. I wish they would also show the balance left on each card.

I love how you get the option tk either keep your gift card or give it as a present. Plz don't let me forget how you can even swap ur gift card out for another one if you like to as well

I just started using PrezzeeeGiftcards. I like it very much Instead of having my e-gift cards all in my folders. I can have them all in one place and use them as I need them. Definitely would recommend to friends and family

I would recommend to anyone o. A budget that don’t want all those high cost credit cards. I will let my family & friends know about this.

A dear family member got sick w Covid and wasn’t able to attend the Christmas party. We still honored him by Skyping while at the dinner table and when he opened his Prezzee digital gift card I sent him, there was unwrap animation and confetti and he got all teary eyed! So now he can divide the balance on his card between Uber eats and other vendors so it was a huge win over a cheesy present that my aunt mailed him. I’m super happy we were able to connect and it didn’t feel transactional and boring like a conventional gift card. Also I like that you can put a reminder for someone’s birthday, or other special date.

Giving someone a gift card as a present doesn’t sound like it has much depth, but when you get a sweet video message attached to it and brands you love to spend it on, it feels quite personal! Especially at a time when we cannot be close to each other.
