PeoplesAllianceFCU really gets me tight. A lot of times it doesnt work and i cant log in. Too many glitches. It makes it so much harder for me to get things done.

Ever since updating PeoplesAllianceFCU , I cannot log into my account, it goes into a crash loop. Please fix ASAP!

PeoplesAllianceFCU constantly crashes which is so annoying. It constantly tells me I can’t make transactions within my accounts even though i do have money. Also it signs you up for services you never agreed to and they just end up taking your money for that service each month without your consent. Overall, not satisfied

I’m having problems paying my bill it’s saying this feature is Unavailable at the moment contact customer service and now it’s saying that I can’t log in because my account information is incorrect and the can’t find me in the system

PeoplesAllianceFCU was working fine now it just crashes

getting an error report, unable to sign in, even after updating app. So annoying!

Its’s too tedious to use the Mobile Deposit feature. Keep getting error and to keep trying; frustrating.

Checking my balance works pretty well but the problems start when I want to glance at my transactions. For example, clicking on my checking account link — 90% of the time it doesn’t work and I get a pop-up message that says “An error occurred,” along with a phone number advising me to call the bank — super annoying! Every time there’s an update to PeoplesAllianceFCU I get hopeful that the bug will be fixed, but it never is. I mean if you’re going to make a banking app, do it right.

Rant: This bank also signs you up for services without your knowledge, just so they can extract money from your account — when I checked my account transactions on PeoplesAllianceFCU (in a rare instance when PeoplesAllianceFCU was actually working properly), I noticed a suspicious $5.00 charge. I called the bank to get more info and was told that I was signed up for a financial service that the bank offers. I complained that I never signed up for anything and the person on the other end had the gall to tell me that I probably mistakenly “signed up by clicking something on the site.” Nonsense! I kindly asked to have my money credited back to my account, which they did, but was told that I have to go to the bank to sign paperwork in order to remove myself from a service that I never signed up for. Ridiculous. I loathe sneaky, money-sucking bankers who try to nickel and dime me.

Why is it on the last day of every month after a certain time you can never log in ?!

It doesn’t work properly, it always freezes or shuts down. This needs to be fixed.

PeoplesAllianceFCU needs a lot of improvement. You ask 5 security questions if the person get the first one wrong you continue to ask the same question. Taking pictures to deposit checks horrible on PeoplesAllianceFCU it shows you a clear picture and PeoplesAllianceFCU turns it to trash. Have trouble loading my information many times which shouldn’t be a issue. Long story short PeoplesAllianceFCU developer or developers need to go back to square one to fix PeoplesAllianceFCU.

Please fix bugs. Mobile deposit saves time and covid exposure-a must nowadays!

App is good. Clean and uncluttered look. Mobile check deposit is what it's all about.. especially for those of us that work usual hours and can't make it to the bank. Transactions are updated instantly so that you always know what's in your account. Only thing that seems to be missing is the ability to send money via Popmoney. Other than that all is good.

Yeah we all know this apps is long overdue but gotta give credit PeoplesAllianceFCU is well above what I expected. No crashes and the ability to deposit checks with PeoplesAllianceFCU a huge plus since branches and few and far between.
