I strongly encourage the software developers and quality assurance team to test even the basic use cases. The user experience is horrible. Basic user interface features such as Do Not Disturb are broken. Touch ID support doesn't work.

This application is simply unusable and should be pulled until the basic use cases are addressed.

Very annoying and frustrating.

No thank you. Another way for your employer to track employees on their personal phones. Unnecessary to keep in contact with fellow employees if you don’t normally keep in contact with in the first place. I downloaded it and the next day got rid of it.

Why the hell isn't there landscape mode? Especially for the iPad.

Our group uses this occasionally but each time we chat there is no sound when someone responds! What the point if you have to constantly see if theirs a response? Or when a member posts something. No notification. There are better apps. Q

I was initially told I would have 7-9 clients and took 3 weeks to get me 2 clients. I got another job in the meantime.

Notifications stopped working

There’s no way to completely turn off Notifications which is annoying.

this app brings the access and ease of use to the frontline that office workers take for granted.

My (real estate) broker purchased Blink to use for all of us and we love it! It is a fabulous tool to stay in touch and allows us to communicate per select group as well as by subject. Blink also allows us to have easy access to a large selection of documents critical to our business.

I don’t know whether or not the update will make Blink even better, but I am dreading it because of the “update” the icon will get! The current icon looks professional, and it stands out well. The new one that y’all are proposing is ugly. I hope I’m not hurting anyone’s feelings by saying that, but it’s true! The green is garish and looks almost childlike! Please reconsider making this change.

Easy to use and access

This is my first time using Blink and I think it is so amazing and it helps you with knowing what’s going on. On the job and that’s a plus with me. This social media platform is making me able to meet the employees of Christ community and I think it’s a great form of communication for the work place.

Totally transformed communications and engagement with our frontline. The feedback has been nothing short of amazing!

Have to use it take time to load but that depends on your Wi-Fi come to find out.

this app is easy to navigate. You can find up to date information as well as professionally socialize. Comparable to the most commonly used social media apps.

Use this every day. Engage with my colleagues in or out of the office. Share important updates. Have access to all of the information I could possibly need. It gets better every day!

The pricing is phenomenal and the support has been great so far.
