You would think that since the products in PotBot help those with glaucoma that it would be accessible for the visually impaired or totally blind. Not one thing is accessible on PotBot. If you have vision problems don’t bother downloading waste of time. And if you are not aware, those in pain don’t always have good eyesight either!
As a blind cannabis user, it frustrates me to no end that the cannabis industry largely doesn't believe that blind people use cannabis, so they don't try to make their apps and products accessible. With PotBot, I can only allow location services to be enabled, before I'm taken to a UI that doesn't work with VoiceOver at all.
I was hoping that PotBot would help me to find local dispensaries and educate me on the most effective CBD formulation to ease the chronic pain that has left me quite disabled. Unfortunately, there seems to be a glitch in PotBot that, despite following the registration instructions, only results in a frustrating error message that precludes me from successfully registering. I am using a valid name, email, and have selected a password that meets with the requirements. How can PotBot be of any use to me when I am unable to register? Would PotBot developer please be so kind as to lend me a hand?
Nice app but can’t register. Tried 3 times. Wasting time. Says invalid password when I register as new user, then ‘no message’ for any other password I try to register. Then when I try again it says ‘this email already registered’ then when I try to recover password it says ‘no record of this email’. Nice app w sucky signup. I’ll delete until I hear from you.
I did not want to give a bad review but the first thing you have to do is login or register and it wouldn’t let me do either no matter which email address I used. I kept getting an error, and it kept telling me that I was already registered. So I tried to connect to the developer’s website and I got error telling me that the server stopped responding. maybe there’s no one there anymore?
The idea for PotBot two or three years ago when it came out was really good but the problem is is they don’t update anything they got all the same old strains and all the same old doctors are all the same they don’t have any new stuff in there to help you in 2021, It’s really not worth it
The UI / UX needs a ton of work, different terpenes need to be added and explained, and there’s needs to be WAY more strains. There’s such a limited option you’re not really gonna get a good medical experience. The ideas good and I don’t know why there’s not more apps that do the same thing, but it’s nice to have this for the time being. Just needs a lot of work
PotBot offers helpful info on individual strains and how they may relieve certain conditions and symptoms of those conditions.
I think PotBot would be greatly benefit from the ability to search specific strains, and record your own personal data on those. Maybe include the ability to record what dispensary offered that strain or other pertinent data points.
PotBot is a great resource for Medical MJ patients, and could be an even better app with more information and customizability for those using.
This could also be a great pain/symptom diary and a terrific way to record the variables that effect a patients overall well being.
I’ve had PotBot for a couple months. But ever since it crashed on me while using it, it hasn’t been working ever since. My iOS is up to date. I deleted PotBot and installed it again and does the same thing. It opens up to “Select Condition” and when you click on it to select, nothing opens up. It stays on this page all the time. NEED HELP!! I used to LOVE PotBot when it worked.
Needed some help with something, and the help/info system took forever to resolve my issue. Not a bad app otherwise. Worth a download.

Just want the developer to be aware Google Maps is no longer functioning. I’m assuming they changed the API.
PotBot is very educational. As a medical cannabis user, PotBot answers a lot of questions about chemical composition and makeup of each strain. The only problem is they don't show the dispensaries in my state or the strains they carry, hopefully in an update?

This application is meant to help patients better understand the medical properties of cannabis and find the strains that would work best for them. What I really enjoy are the ailment specific studies found on the dashboard. Love the new strainfeedback function

I really love PotBot so that when ever i get weed, i can look up what type it is i here! But the only thing i think that you guys should add is a search bar to search up types of pot.
When I first found out that the strain names like “purple haze” and “ak47” actually mean something, I panicked and wasn’t sure I could keep up with the new industry, but PotBot makes everything very clear and helps keep the entire system on a standard.
Basically a mobile doctor that doesn’t take weeks to call me back or set up an appointment.
I have mine on iPhone. I really like it because it allows you to log your own experience with a strain. There are really good recommendations made for symptoms, but they just need to build up the library. I am a Medical Cannabis Provider and I do a lot of recommendations on strains and phone apps. This is one I will be recommending to every patient. Can’t wait to see PotBot to develop more!!!
I love how I can create my own medical profile and it pinpoints what strain to recommend! this app totally gets my recommendation to any medical marijuana patient.
And I feel safe that my personal information isn't being broadcast to advertisers. It saves time, but sometimes PotBot is slow.
I am not sure why it’s free? I am sure it took a lot of time to find all of that information! There is so much and it’s all so accessible. Download now before it gets expensive!
