i just installed the app, but i can't add any books, because the screen keeps loading.

To resolve Parallel Books network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Parallel Books App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parallel Books » click [Force Stop]

Clear Parallel Books App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parallel Books » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parallel Books.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parallel Books » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parallel Books » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Parallel Books
