Getting qt4000i error

When ordering, the app no longer has a way to apply coupon offers. There used to be an "apply coupon" button for offers. Now you can only get a full price total, and show the coupon to a cashier. So, no option of paying online with coupon, no curbside pickup, etc. This is on Android phone. Never had the problem with iphone.

I talked to a QT representative by phone yesterday about not being able to login and the app wouldn't let me change my password. The rep. could get into my account on her equipment, but I couldn't. So she said to try powering off my phone and/or deleting app and reloading the app. I tried this yesterday, and once I could actually use my info and open the app. But I can't get into my account again and have deleted it, got it again, and all I am getting again today is the error messages. I shouldn't even have to be logging in anyway. What's wrong with the "new unhandy update here?"
Not working, error QT4000i.
For 4 days I get 2 error msgs on the app. Upon opening, I get "unable to retrieve profile (error qt3009i)", then "unable to retrieve your offers (error qt4000i)". I am current on iPhone updates.
