I paid for the diamond version of this app and when sending a message nothing pops up. It’s almost like I’m completely inactive. I’ve had this app before but why is it doing this now?

I have had conversations on this app before but I’ve paid for memberships for so long and the only thing I have gotten is 1 view, no likes, no matches, all of my messages are sent but not a single one has been opened since my account has been stagnant

Everytime I send a message I get a warning symbol or some little triangle. I don’t even get views or likes. I used to have the app before and I used get a lot. I also purchased the Diamond membership and I don’t want it to go to waste.

i’m not getting messages from any of my matches anymore? i was having 10+ conversations when randomly NONE were responding? no new requests either, my engagement went completely stagnant out of nowhere, even when i initiate the chat there’s no response. i haven’t received any new chats since yesterday when the bug occurred. please fix i would like to continue talking with my matches🛐🛐
