How to fix DOWN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DOWN app on iPhone
Update DOWN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DOWN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DOWN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DOWN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DOWN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DOWN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DOWN App
1. On android, goto Settings » DOWN » click [Force Stop]

Update DOWN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DOWN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DOWN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DOWN.

Fix DOWN unable to contact server/ DOWN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DOWN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DOWN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DOWN
