I can’t believe this program is used by any business. Maybe it is just extremely cheap and thats why companies go for it? I have never used and app so terrible in my life. Infinite bugs. Worst visuals of all time. Absolutely no utility. How is this even real? It must have been made by one single person and that person gave up halfway through development. An absolute shameful mess of an app. It could not get worse. Wouldn’t recommend to even the most desperate of people. I’m submitting a paper timesheet to my boss this week because BST10 won’t allow me to scroll down to the “description” text box to type a required comment. I’m only back on the mobile app because the DESKTOP app is having other problems!! This company deserves to go under and i am amazed that it hasn’t already. Stay far, far away from this steaming pile of worthless garbage. 0/5.
Really bad functionality. Doesn’t update the way it should. You have to delete BST10 and reinstall every time there is an update in order to login.
In bitter irony, I spent 40 mins trying to complete my timesheet with this infuriating garbage app. How BST10 has not been updated or improved upon its 6 years of existence is mind-blowing.
It does not do expenses. It barely does timesheets. The worst and least intuitive UI ever! I have built apps for a living and even my very first mobile app was better than this. It is hands down the worst app I have ever used.
How am I supposed to review timesheets if there’s nothing to review? A recent update now makes it so I can only see the overall hours on a timesheet but I cannot actually review the charges, the latter of which was the point of BST10. What’s the point of BST10 now?
So even the desktop app is pretty garbage. If you plan to use this for your company don’t because it seems like a cash grab app. Horrible user interface, app crashes everytime and if you don’t save it good luck putting it back in. Also the timesheet part is so hard to navigate and see what your doing. Better spending your money on a free software than this one.
FINALLY something consistent with BST! BST10 is as bad as the desktop program! You can’t be surprised that a program with DOS-like graphics can’t build an app, let alone one that is user friendly! Always crashing, nearly impossible to load time or comment on staff entries. BST10 will make you wish you were still using paper!
BST10 is alright, not great for time keeping. I prefer to I put on the computer, and only use it to finalize timesheets, etc when I’m on the go. Needs to add feature like recalling timesheets, and using thumbprint to login. It’s a pain to re-enter password every time.
