The search and account icon are so far in the corners I can’t push them to get to the respective screen

My app did not update to show registered offenders in my area. My wife's did, as well as my friends......what do I have to do,? I uninstalled twice.....updated my phone, still nothing.

Im using Citizen app on an Android Moto G Stylus and havent had any issues in the past until recently. Whenever I open the app and try to view incidents in my local area, the map that appears on my screen doesnt show the streets in the map -it only shows a blank, black background, with red dots indicating where the incidents have occurred. However, when I try to zoom in on the map to see the exact location, the streets (like the actual lines in the map and the labels for the street names, etc.) do not render.

I can't get past the page that offers you the opportunity to upgrade to PROTECT. Says swipe right to opt out....swiping right does nothing. I can't get past that page, and can't see my indecent alerts.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Citizen app issues:

Force Stop the Citizen App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Citizen app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Citizen to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Citizen App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Citizen app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Citizen.

Fix Citizen unable to contact server/ Citizen internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Citizen » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Citizen » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Citizen on android.
