I ordered an item and after over three months of waiting I got an email notifying me that my order had been delivered and signed for. The email also stated clearly that I could request for a refund if I didn't receive my order.

I put in the refund request and it was denied because they said they were going to deliver in a few days. After weeks of waiting, I decided to reach out to the customer service via their live chat option. The rep actually told me she doesn't owe me any money and can't offer a refund.

I resolved to let this go as I clearly wasn't going to receive the item or money.

I have order Grill Teeth for one month now and i have not get my package yet and always when i get time to chat on live on your website what they always told me is we have your order at warehouse but still i have not getting it. So do you want me to believe it’s true that the order is at the warehouse but you can deliver it to me

This is what happened when you shopped on a racist website. Just because we are black and Africans doesn’t mean you should treat us poorly. Beside we are not getting your products for free. We are buying them. I have experienced a very inexperienced customer service with this app with led me to delete KiKUU on my phone. But today I’m re-downloading their app but by doing that I decided to write a review so you guys can improve in your customer relation. And start treating everyone equally. Thank you!!!

Your agent was very rude, I’ve completed the VIP1 and VIP2 just wanted to know why I’m still at VIP0 then he/she said my question was not necessary, I’m a YouTuber and I’ve been buying from this app since last year, I’m going to review this platform on my channel and it’s poor customer support, thank you for your time nice day

I order something but it was a different thing that came I order a lubricant it was different from the one I order and it smells like an detergent the smell is soo high I hate this app and one annoying things is that they keep long JUMIA IS THE BEST even with the one star it paining me I gave them a start one Of the stupid app is this app

I have bought 4 items from you guys and it’s been 2 months now, I still haven’t received anything. Anything I contact you the only response is it will be delivered soon. Like what do you guys mean?? No wonder Jumia is better off than you guys.

Poor services

I am suppose to get Upgrade to VIP 4 since past 12weeks +, I had also communicated with Online support but nothing has been done till now. I am just been told you just continue shopping and system will Upgrade. I am already qualified then why such unprofessional replies? I will definitely continue shopping and I have done, but till now no any Upgrade and in this manner I am not getting any points/vouchers/benefits.
I had similar problems with Jumia and they sorted my issue in less than an hour.
this app needs to have priorities for your loyal and Royal customers. After this review let’s see when will this app act on this. Very disappointing and upset with your customer care services and responses.

The store has good products but haven’t been able to order any cuz my location which is the North West region of Cameroon isn’t on the locations list. Cameroon has 10 regions but this app’s shipping locations list has 9 and the only one that was left out is where I’m at. Please do include *North West* on this app’s shipping locations list for Cameroon so I can also order and use the good products I see in KiKUU .

Also, include the option for customers to send complaints or ask for help via email. There isn’t always an agent present for live chat so emailing will be very very helpful.

I eagerly look forward to seeing these changes made ASAP.

It used to work perfectly but now I just don’t know if app goes down or what but I’ve been trying to open it but it say no network connection or something went wrong when I updated KiKUU tooo

Needs minor tweaks for example entering birthday in ones profile is impossible and also it confuses products when you search

After shopping and proceeding to checkout I’m not able to make payment because in the “pending payment” section there are 0 purchases to pay for. likewise a product I’ve paid for isn’t showing in the transit section. meanwhile, the icons for this section have notification numbers showing the transactions i’ve made.

Delivery used to be on time but now it’s worse. There is also no way to speak to someone for help as the live chat doesn’t function properly. Delivering on time has to be urgently taken care of because it’s my biggest problem. Aside that everything else is good and products I have bought are the same as posted. The difference might only be in quality since that can’t be assessed in the picture.

Very awesome app and Avenue for shopping. It will be much much better if you added an IMAGE SEARCH.
A minor setback for me is when the item/product image crushes sometimes when u tap on them , otherwise it’s a 5star for me.

I used to send my feedback whenever I receive my order..but now I can’t anymore please developers work on that cuz it’s very necessary to give feedback..thank you.

Minimize your delivery time, we are tired of waiting. Item will be in Accra for more than 2weeks and still not delivered, get enough ryders.

At times delivery is very slow and at times it’s very good and at times the items are very good as seen in the picture but when it comes to some of your bags, they ain’t as expected because you see a big picture and it comes and it’s very little. Anyways I still love this app

I think allowing us to scan items when we are looking for things to buy will be better . We find it difficult wen looking things to buy

I lovvvee KiKUU bcos of its free shipping to one’s doorstep,the human hairs I have bought are of good quality so far but I have a bit of a problem with their measurements,you have to start using Africa measurement than china measurement
