Can I please get my money back, as i keep on ordering and being told my order its canceled due to being in South Africa and they can't deliver. Its more that 12months asking them about my refund no luck. This is unacceptable really. Is there anyone who can help me get my money back please, your service it's totally unacceptable really.

I ordered an item and after over three months of waiting I got an email notifying me that my order had been delivered and signed for. The email also stated clearly that I could request for a refund if I didn't receive my order.
I put in the refund request and it was denied because they said they were going to deliver in a few days. After weeks of waiting, I decided to reach out to the customer service via their live chat option. The rep actually told me she doesn't owe me any money and can't offer a refund.
I resolved to let this go as I clearly wasn't going to receive the item or money.

This is what happened when you shopped on a racist website. Just because we are black and Africans doesn’t mean you should treat us poorly. Beside we are not getting your products for free. We are buying them. I have experienced a very inexperienced customer service with kikuu with led me to delete the app on my phone. But today I’m re-downloading their app but by doing that I decided to write a review so you guys can improve in your customer relation. And start treating everyone equally. Thank you!!!

I have bought 4 items from you guys and it’s been 2 months now, I still haven’t received anything. Anything I contact you the only response is it will be delivered soon. Like what do you guys mean?? No wonder Jumia is better off than you guys.
As soon as I receive my item that’s it am off. P
