How come I can’t login and the new update log me out I can login back from so many different way I don’t have availability this inconvenience
I update my phone to the new iOS 18.0.1 and then BankofPalestine now says I’ve exceeded my limit of registered devices??? I just want to open my bank account lol
Since the application was updated, I could not log in. I contact the bank several times and they give new activation codes but the problem still exist. Every time I try to log in, it gives me different error massages even the information is the same.
I have a very bad experience with there employees they apologize to make transaction after I’m waiting more than 2 hours because the office manager extracted the report!!!!!
It should be awarded “worst app UX ever”.. even experienced users find it hard to use the application, let alone the complicated signup process.. and the ambiguous input fields, the random error messages/warnings that provide zero information to the user.. this could go on and on..
Don’t get me started on the UI.
Whenever i try to pay a bill i get this error message: (request failed: unacceptable content-type: text/html)
Other than that it seems nice but you guys can do better.
The addition of biometric login is amazing, but I would like to see an updated UI for the iPhone X

Been using your app for some years now, love the improvements over time. I have a couple of suggestions: 1) Give us the ability to choose favorite Shortcuts to keep on the Main Dashboard. There is a redundancy in features; Shortcuts and the Side Menu (Menu on the top left). We basically have a copy of all the same buttons in two places right next to each other, which’s kinda odd.. 2) Add native iPhone gestures, swiping left and right to move between menus. Swiping right to go back instead of tapping the buttons. (I’d pay money to have this!)

I think it is a very good application, you can easily do everything you need to make your money transfer done, between people and your accounts. I suggest to support the face id for the new iPhone, it makes the login even easier.
I noticed that there is a good form to add a new friend to transfer money, what is the "Ledger" and the "Sub Account(3 digits)"?, how could i know these information?

It would be great if the clients can update their data using the banki mobile app instead of attending to one of BOP branches, this also will save time, efforts and cost for the both side bank and clients.
