I’m on iPhone and any time I try and go on Yubo it just shows a black screen and won’t load, how do I fix it

How to fix Yubo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yubo app on iPhone
Update Yubo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yubo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yubo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yubo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yubo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yubo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yubo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yubo » click [Force Stop]

Update Yubo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yubo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yubo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yubo.

Fix Yubo unable to contact server/ Yubo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yubo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yubo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
