How to fix Subtext app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Subtext app on iPhone
Update Subtext app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Subtext iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Subtext network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Subtext app issues:

Force Stop the Subtext App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Subtext app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Subtext to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Subtext App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Subtext app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Subtext.

Fix Subtext unable to contact server/ Subtext internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Subtext » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Subtext » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Subtext on android.
