don’t even dare to book from DriveU.

Does not fulfil it primary location. The drivers assigned are too far away. They cancel and drivers are reassigned. It should be more customised for the driver to choose if the driver wants to select a ride or not. (Probably learn from Uber).

Do not use their ‘service’ they will charge you for getting a ‘premium’ service that does not do anything. They charged me 300₹ for getting the premium and it did absolutely nothing. The next day I asked for a refund without having used the service at all and I spoke to the ‘customer care’ for two hours during that entire time the only response I got is ‘it’s against our policy to refund purchases and you should have read the terms and conditions before purchasing our service’.

They have taken my money in exchange for a promise to deliver a service, did not deliver the said service, and now claim they cannot give me my money back because that’s not their policy. Basically stole my money.

One night I booked this app at 3 am and as I asked the driver to wait for 1 more hour for me, I gave him the car keys to sit inside the car. Then next day I realised my stuffs worth 10,000 is missing from the car. That night I didn’t check cause I really forgot and next day while driving to work I checked for my stuffs and they were missing. I tried contacting this app 3 times but only thing the said is driver is stating he has not taken your stuffs. Like really horrible service and disappointed. I think everyone should check for their stuffs and check it again while the driver is leaving so that nobody ever experience what I have experienced. Thank you this app !!!!

No transparency on pricing or estimation. This is remarkably deceptive app. I booked for an outstation service 3 days in advance. No clue on if any driver will be allocated till 1 hour before departure. You can’t message driver through app. Each time you call it gets through a routing service. Driver looked tired and took 10 hours for an 8 hour drive. App doesn’t provide any break up of fare per hour or distance. Driver takes pictures of car without seeking any permission before and after drive while we are inside the car. Owner should have option to upload and delete this information.

Totally unreliable

An issue with customer support. Particularly bad experience with Renu

The driver stole money from our car, we only checked the next day. When I complained they told me that the driver didn’t steal the money and asked me to submit proof that he stole the money. He also parked the car and had the ac on blast for what I assume to be a very long time, as the car was freezing when I got in and the petrol thing was very low.
Never faced this pathetic customer service in any other app I used. Uninstalled DriveU and will probably never use it again.

Got charged over Rs. 600 for just an hour. The journey was literally 20 mins one way.

I have used your driving services twice. I am extremely appalled by your drivers and service.

Both your drivers, without my permission consumed the bottled water in the car. I leave a lot of stuff in my car. I just saw my car today morning, and your driver Swapnil Talekar, left my window open, had removed my chargers from the car cabinet. Now, I am not sure what else has been fidgeted around or if anything is missing.
Your app showed Rs. 949 for 12 hours. All other packages showed a night charge. So when I see a price, I assume this includes the night charge. Firstly, your driver shut the hours without asking me. I still let him go in 7-8 hours. And the bill was for Rs. 1149! How can you show me one price, and charge me another? When I messaged your customer support, he argues with me that there will be a night charge. But how can you show me one charge, and then bill me another, without my consent. This is fraud. I have attached a screenshot too.
I am extremely shocked. Deleting DriveU . Don’t think I’ll trust safety with them either after these things.

I would recommend not use DriveU. They will accept you booking and not provide any drivers at end of your time. I have booked for 8.30 PM till 8.15 they have allocated 1 driver and after 8.29 they said no drivers at this point and finally cancelled my booking. My whole plan of going out was messed due to this. Strongly recommend don’t book this services.

My email is being used by someone with DriveU, and it is not me. I have contacted the company multiple times to ask that they remove my email, and they will not. I don’t know what is going on and whether this is a legitimate company.

I used to hire private drivers in the past with exorbitant rates still never found a well mannered and sincere driver.

I was introduced to Drive you app by my brother-in-law recently and that was the best thing happened.
Now I can order a qualified driver at my convenient time with very reasonable cost.
I used the service and very satisfied. this app also provides Rs.15000 protection in case of any damage to the car while in the booked period.

Overall I found drivers are very punctual, well behaved and driving carefully.

I already referred this app to my siblings and friends. I strongly recommend this service to all who struggle to drive and park in busy traffic conditions.

I used to have a full-time driver, but I found that I was not using his service a large part of the day. He was simply idly waiting, which is a complete waste of time. So, I started using this app driver service. DriveU is easy to use and their background verified drivers come well groomed in uniforms. I call a this app driver when I need them -- either for my wife, my kids or my aged mother. I love the service and it's also cost effective! I highly recommend using it.

On time service reasonable charges courteous drivers !!

I would like to thank the entire team of Drive U . Extremelly professionalism and great service . I have been using their service for almost an year , fully satisfied with their service . Every driver is fully verified and have great professionlism . Will surely recommend their service to everybody.

I tried this app for the first time and the experience was quite good. Driver was professional and efficient when it comes to navigating through the city. I was worried how the driver would handle automatic SUV vehicle, but he was attentive and alert and seemed like an experienced driver.

If you are ever in need of a temporary driver, go with this app. It helped me!!

Needed a driver to for hospital visits which would hardly take more than 2 hrs. Drive you gives you the benefit of having your own driver wait on you instead of facing the uncertainty of booking Ola/Uber .
2 hrs cost me 250 which is cheaper than what a Ola/Uber ride would cost me for a 2 way trip to hospital
More convenience at less price !!!!

We have used the service twice in Bangalore. Great drivers. Very punctual , does not do any unnecessary talk, well versed with all routes. Recommends for anyone for drivers in Bangalore
