I have used your driving services twice. I am extremely appalled by your drivers and service.
Both your drivers, without my permission consumed the bottled water in the car. I leave a lot of stuff in my car. I just saw my car today morning, and your driver Swapnil Talekar, left my window open, had removed my chargers from the car cabinet. Now, I am not sure what else has been fidgeted around or if anything is missing.
Your app showed Rs. 949 for 12 hours. All other packages showed a night charge. So when I see a price, I assume this includes the night charge. Firstly, your driver shut the hours without asking me. I still let him go in 7-8 hours. And the bill was for Rs. 1149! How can you show me one price, and charge me another? When I messaged your customer support, he argues with me that there will be a night charge. But how can you show me one charge, and then bill me another, without my consent. This is fraud. I have attached a screenshot too.
I am extremely shocked. Deleting the app. Don’t think I’ll trust safety with them either after these things.

Do not use their ‘service’ they will charge you for getting a ‘premium’ service that does not do anything. They charged me 300₹ for getting the premium and it did absolutely nothing. The next day I asked for a refund without having used the service at all and I spoke to the ‘customer care’ for two hours during that entire time the only response I got is ‘it’s against our policy to refund purchases and you should have read the terms and conditions before purchasing our service’.
They have taken my money in exchange for a promise to deliver a service, did not deliver the said service, and now claim they cannot give me my money back because that’s not their policy. Basically stole my money.

One night I booked driveu at 3 am and as I asked the driver to wait for 1 more hour for me, I gave him the car keys to sit inside the car. Then next day I realised my stuffs worth 10,000 is missing from the car. That night I didn’t check cause I really forgot and next day while driving to work I checked for my stuffs and they were missing. I tried contacting driveu 3 times but only thing the said is driver is stating he has not taken your stuffs. Like really horrible service and disappointed. I think everyone should check for their stuffs and check it again while the driver is leaving so that nobody ever experience what I have experienced. Thank you driveu !!!!
