Unable to sync

Says I’m connected with my phone in the bluetooth, however, it will not show up in the app anymore. It worked for awhile but doesn’t anymore. Really frustrating because when it does work I am able to easily see the data.

I am on Apple Os latest version an the the issue remain since a few years. I had to remove all notification and alert because the app would not stop ringing

The app can’t find my machine. Says tap to link to my machine and nothing pops up to select. There is no manual way to link to app either.
