OceanBank is ridiculous zelle doesn’t work it is supposed to sed money at the moment it takes more than 5 days for the person to get it and it has a minimum of 5 dollars..... when you try to clic nothing works . The deposit part is horribleeeeeeeee please pay what you have to pay so zelle works correctly .And fix OceanBank .. the bank itself is AWESOME BUT OceanBank is the WORST
In the previous version some time I had to take 4 or 5 pictures to make the deposit, in this new version I took more than 30 pictures and I still can not make the deposit, pls fix this, I don't want to change to chase.
Previous version was more intuitive for simple needs. No reason to creat a desktop version for mobile. Which is what it feels like.
After last App update is imposible to take a picture always open the camara and OceanBank closing completed. Try many times and the same.
Please, fix it.
Unless your security image is a snail OceanBank is useless
OceanBank is the worst. It’s slow and I can’t check my account before 8am sometimes. It doesn’t have many updates features aside from zelle.
Doesn’t Work with Business Accounts. No Use to Me.
Wver since they made an update to OceanBank , OceanBank closes out when trying to make a deposit. I end up having to delete OceanBank and reinstalling it to be able to make a mobil deposit…EVERY TIME!! Extremely inconvenient!!!!
Honestly I prefer to drive to the bank and make the physical deposit there! It is so frustrating to have to take and retake either the front picture or the back picture of the check so many time... No matter what you do it is always the same error that either one is not to scale or this or that... C'mom OB you can have a more user friendly app!
After OceanBank updated with the new version it has not worked properly. I cannot view the account transactions - deposit check is not working and the hamburger is not working as well. Nothing works when I click on it. Please fix it!!! OceanBank needs corrections as well as more updates.
Impossible to deposit a check since the latest update. Gives constant errors when trying to submit check images.
Te app has worked creat so far but needs to be updated to support fingerprint login
If you see most bank apps they are more modernized, you can turn off or on a debit card, order a new card if it’s lost or stolen and even already have zelle through OceanBank . I guess I’ll change my rating once more features are added however I do like that they finally redesign OceanBank .
