I happen to assign a task, after making the payment upfront. Some guy was assigned the task, in the app there is a section, which shows the status of task given. The dunzo partner didn't even come to pickup the stuff, but updated in the app that the pickup has been done and also delivered. Where as the parcel was still with me.
No there is no customer care number to contact them, the chat support is one of the worst, no reply to my multiple messages, even after 24 hours. Use this app cautiously, better if it can be avoided. Am thankful that the money wasn't that much, but what if the dunzo partner vanishes with my stuff, updating as delivered.
Not trustworthy . Gave one star, coz there is nothing less than that. They don't deserve to be listed on the app store.

After several enormous problems, including one threat to my wife, I am leaving this review. Dunzo has consistently failed to take ownership over serious issues.
My wife was recently threatened by a delivery agent over a miscommunication over an order.
I then immediately contacted support, and wrote an email to a senior product manager at Dunzo, and neither of them replied back. Somehow the Dunzo executive was even able to acquire my wife’s phone number and called her several times with a threat.
Just shameful.
And now today we experienced another issue with a delivery executive - and Dunzo support was neither available for the delivery executive nor my wife. So we again we are stuck in a situation where a restaurant has made an order, the delivery executive is trying to call support, and my wife does not want to food that has been sitting for over 40 mins.
Honestly the amount of grief we have experienced with this company and their clear negligence with customer concerns makes them a miserable business.
It’s sad because I know the founders of this company. I’m sincerely disappointed that they let a good thing go to waste from all of these scaling issues.

These guys are so terrible. They made me wait a month and half regarding my concern and still couldn’t resolve it. Why run a company without necessary customer support. I’ve had to elaborate my issue at least 10 times and they ask the issue each time. The issue/query is closed without a chance for the user to respond right after their unsatisfactory answer. They take like 10 min for each answer during a chat. It’s not like one can just wait for them with an open app for 10 min. Overall I uninstalled the app without ever activating it. This company should be sued for negligence.
