I have been ordering from Mr D food nicely until today I made a mistake and pressed collect without noticing, I called right away asking for a Order cancellation or for my Order to be delivered. Guess what?? I couldn’t get help, i kept on calling asking if I can atleast get a 50% back then because the restaurant I ordered from was very far from me but there’s nothing they could do. That time, I called until the restaurant was even done with my order. They should be able to help us with such things because we all make mistakes. thanks alot! I just wasted money! Definitely not looking forward to using MrD ever again

In a time where we have 100s of apps on the phone, and each app wants to advertise itself, it has become important that developers give users the option to fine tune notifications. I want notifications about my order progress. I don’t want a notification that tells me about loyalty vouchers etc. I HAVE disabled the option for promotions and offers, but I still receive useless notifications.
I now have to turn off all notifications on MrD .

Why do we pay for delivery fees, up charged prices on the food annnnddd tip to wait 1 hour for the food to arrive. If you going to make us pay 3 times as much make sure the service shows what it is we’re paying for. An hour is too long 45minutes maybe 30 minutes understandable but an hour? Unacceptable

Even if you turn off notifications for ads within MrD , they spam the hell out of you with ads to remind you to order lunch and the like. Literally a spam ad about every other day. I am only in an area they service about half the month. I sent numerous emails to their admin asking for them to adhere to the option they gave us (where you can turn off notifications for ads) but never got a response. After the 20th or so spam ad notification, I deleted MrD . I'll just use Uber Eats instead now.

My first order was wrong and the customer service team hasn’t made it right. They haven’t responded at all actually. It’s been over two weeks and crickets. I was missing two items from my order and I was charged for them. The driver acknowledged this but refused to go back to get the missing items, blaming the restaurant. At least with Uber Eats, if something is wrong they fix it almost immediately. Customer service is huge and if you want to play with the big boys then you need to step it up.

Made use of the service this past weekend. MrD confirmed order and debited my account. No delivery of the order (2 hours later), no call center (no one answering), and finally no communication. The worst part is that Mr Delivery did not take any accountability or actions to address their no delivery (or try to make up for their mistakes), and started responding to customer issues (logged on MrD ), a day later (multiple people using multiple restaurants all had the same issues, which shows this was a Mr D issue). I raised complaints 5 times, and Mr Delivery just ignored it. Terrible customer service and approach.

MrD is great with regards to Restaurants , Payment , keeping you updated , tracking deliveries.

But there are 2 incredibly massive flaws I still can’t believe they haven’t fixed!

1) you cannot make notes for the restaurant in each dish ... for instance “No Onions” or “allergic to nuts please exclude”

Which is a small but incredibly useful thing Uber Eats does and has led me to not use MrD and turn to Uber or call myself and go pick up

2) you cannot track your delivery on maps or anything only a notification it’s on its way...

Seriously Mr D... this is not the most complicated or difficult thing to add to your app... super annoying

OrderIn is strictly better in terms of service, restaurant offering, usability, and keeping their promises. But sometimes Mr D has a restaurant that OrderIn doesn’t and it’s not as bad as Uber Eats, so I keep it on my phone. Probably the most annoying thing about it is they have a toggle to turn off promotional push notifications. I have it toggled off, but I still get regular promotional push notifications.

MrD is great however still far behind in terms of apps like Sherpa’s (China) and Foodpanda (Hong Kong). It would be great to follow your driver via gps to see how far they are from you so you can make sure you are at the door in time and not taking a shower or something. Not sure if MrD has a cash payment option yet.

The service is great and at times I opt to use this app instead of Uber Eats (have had a few bad experiences with them). However, I often make an order on MrD and it glitches and closes. When I open MrD back up there’s nothing to indicate that I’ve just made an order. There have also been times where I open to track the status of my order and MrD glitches and closes. This is quite frustrating and sometimes leaves me thinking if the order has even gone through or not.

Love MrD, they are quick and reliable, all the drivers I’ve met have been friendly and professional, Call Centre (not sure what to call them) staff have been quick clear and efficient when needed.

Great app makes my life easier.

Every. Single. Food delivery. App is stoopid ridiculous to use — UNTIL Mr. D!

Where all other apps make you sign up, confirm via email, add a credit card, and then verify your account — ALL PRIOR TO USE, Mr. D let me sign up, order, and eat within an hour PAYING CASH on Delivery!

Seamlessly re-opens active orders when the application is closed before delivery. Great food options.

I have used other food and grocery app and Mr D seems to be the most convenient, fast, reliable and customer friendly. Big ups guys.

Every single time I have used MrD, my delivery has been quick, drivers are friendly and there are multiple pay options.

This is the only delivery system where you can pay cash to the driver if you want to.

Compared to the terrible experiences I've had with uber eats, my experiences with mr D have been phenomenal.

Been using for years now and highly recommend.

Despite a large storm my driver came quickly as planned and with a smile! I tipped him extra for his hard work. Great service

Let the drivers have change for any payment amount

Every time I try to order ANYTHING from this malfunctioning malevolent app and head to check out it says something has gone wrong. I truly everything I tried restarting. I tried deleting and reinstalling. I tried praying to all known gods including Cthulhu but nothing. Nothing works. Stupid god forsaken app doesn’t work anymore.

I normally don’t give reviews at all. However, with MrD I feel the need to. I always get excellent service and the people whom help are always very friendly

That had to be the best and fastest delivery I have ever had today

Recent service has been rather slow and food like warm

This was super fast and food, hot, Crispy and delicious
