I placed an order today at KFC and I used online payment but there's no order number my food hasn't arrived yet the money is gone.. I checked my historical orders but my order doesn't appear

I have been ordering from Mr D food nicely until today I made a mistake and pressed collect without noticing, I called right away asking for a Order cancellation or for my Order to be delivered. Guess what?? I couldn’t get help, i kept on calling asking if I can atleast get a 50% back then because the restaurant I ordered from was very far from me but there’s nothing they could do. That time, I called until the restaurant was even done with my order. They should be able to help us with such things because we all make mistakes. thanks alot! I just wasted money! Definitely not looking forward to using this app ever again

Made use of the service this past weekend. The app confirmed order and debited my account. No delivery of the order (2 hours later), no call center (no one answering), and finally no communication. The worst part is that Mr Delivery did not take any accountability or actions to address their no delivery (or try to make up for their mistakes), and started responding to customer issues (logged on the app), a day later (multiple people using multiple restaurants all had the same issues, which shows this was a Mr D issue). I raised complaints 5 times, and Mr Delivery just ignored it. Terrible customer service and approach.

In a time where we have 100s of apps on the phone, and each app wants to advertise itself, it has become important that developers give users the option to fine tune notifications. I want notifications about my order progress. I don’t want a notification that tells me about loyalty vouchers etc. I HAVE disabled the option for promotions and offers, but I still receive useless notifications.
I now have to turn off all notifications on the app.
