Order never received.

Takeawaycom constantly logs me out and every time I sign in it asks for verification code (website also asks for code) - even my mobile banking doesn’t ask so often for verification code. I don’t order via takeaway anymore - I just search for a restaurant and order directly by phone. (iPad 11 Pro).

Correct on time orders? Sorry they don’t do that. No customer service either.

Zero customer support and food is never delivered.

Not a good service. Expensive and bad customer service. Uber Eats is the best in Europe.

Can’t cancel the order

I would have really liked if the options were English as not all tabs are translated and when I order a subway sandwich, I wish to have the option of placing more than 1 sauce on my sandwich

There are English speakers who live in and visit Poland. Please make an English option for Takeawaycom . Having to screenshot and then go to my google translate app is annoying.

Okay app, but it’s not very easy to search for dishes or cuisines. Also, Apple Pay doesn’t work for some reason, so I had to put in my card info.

Functionally, has gotten the job done every time so far. However, delivery times can be off by about 50% and sometimes out of area phone numbers don’t work for the delivery person. That said, all around a positive experience with all the companies and delivery people I have interacted with.

The website can translate to English, but not Takeawaycom .

The Apple Pay button doesn’t work, you have to go to Credit card payment then select Apple Pay.

Simple, easy to use. Accepts multiple forms of payment and offers a good variety of local restaurants.
