I have a problem with Ripl

Hi, I have tried deleting and reinstalling. When it gets to customise it freezes. It will not allow me to create posts. I’ve used it for years !

To resolve Ripl network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Ripl App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ripl » click [Force Stop]

Clear Ripl App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ripl » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ripl.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ripl » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ripl » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ripl
