Not worth the cost & free version has less features Most of the templates can’t be customized.
For example sometimes I like a template & after selecting it I realize the text from the intro picture shows on every other pic. If u delete the text from the other pics it deletes the text on the opening picture. This is a video creation tool yet you can’t customize it that well. You also can’t change font or font color from picture to picture. Although I appreciate the continuity sometimes a picture in your video needs a different color or text font then the rest of the video pictures.
I basically use the same template so all my videos are exactly the same & nothing unique. Since it’s not very customizable the monthly cost is high for the quality of product receiving. I usually have to use another picture editing app to get the picture how I want it so I don’t have to use Ripl’s fonts. That app has a monthly charge so now Ripl is costing more because I need another editor even b4 I use Riple : (

I purchased the pro subscription a few years ago. Early 2018 I no longer needed the app and went to cancel. The subscription page told me to click the subscription I needed to cancel, so I did. Then the screen told me if I wanted to resubscribe, to click the subscription again. I left it at that, thinking I had successfully unsubscribes. Tonight, I happened to look at my subscriptions settings on iPhone, and to my dismay it told me I was still subscribed to Ripl!! I tried click to cancel but it only gave me the option of committing to get another year of Ripl. I literally have no options to cancel my $80 subscription. I looked at my bank statement and sure enough, I was charged last May. The app keeps telling me I will be charged again THIS May as well. I’ve tried everything I can to cancel for the last half hour but all the options and settings just lead me in circles. Not very user friendly. Want my money back.

Very disappointed to see that you are trying to push current customers to subscribe for the pro version. Customers should decide whether or not they need the full service. Every business does not use as many posts as others nor do they use the same features. That would be a business choice of each customer. You were getting free advertisements with our posts but obviously you didn’t see that as a benefit. We don’t need to be told that we need a full package to be successful.
Your app, your choice of how you offer it. No thank you for the option to use until September. I have deleted my account.
My business will be with a company not pushing for me to subscribe to more than I need or lose your account. I definitely will not recommend you to my group of professionals.
