You actually buy a ticket that you would need to run around the bus to be able to PRINT (year *2018*) somehow and when you finally realize that you cannot use the digital one and there’s no printer around the bus - you call the Customer Support for them to say “well, it is your problem, we cannot either help or make a refund for an unused ticket”. Plus notice that the prices here are higher than paying cash to the driver.

Сервис ни за что не отвечает, покупаешь билеты на один автобус, приезжает корыто, просишь вернуть деньги, отказываешься от автобуса, так как без кондиционера в 40 градусов 30 часов невозможно ехать человеку с пробелами с давлением, тебя просто игнорят , бросают трубки. Не пользуйтесь этим сервисом!
