I recently discovered that my son spent $451.00 dollars on your products. He tells me he cannot get a refund. My son is 14 YEARS OLD! If he cannot get a refund on a product, he used MY account to pay for then I will be contacting law enforcement, Better Business Bureau, my attorney, anyone else who will listen and wants to know that you sell these products to minors without proof of age. I want resolution to this problem as soon as possible. Thank you

Had Lush 3 for one month, it charged and worked out of the package. It was never used, but a month later when I tried to charge it again, it will not charge.

I was appalled when I started reading extensive reports of Lovesense taking Customers money and no response given . I will be asking for a full refund if my order is not completed within a timely manor . I will also report the Domain to the Better Business complaints .

Disgusted. Dont work cant get refund and huge run around to try to get even replaced .,or tell you to pay more money so someone can contact you . I not buy anything more . I will be sending back the product

I purchased a HUSH for it's ability to sync to Shibby's (Shibbydex)- particular files which incorporate haptics. At first, it was able to work with no connection issues. Recently however, it will not connect to any of the files I wish to use... If I use the app/remote, it works fine...when I try to use it with Shibby's files, it won't connect. It usually gives a message ,"turn on toy,.." even though the toy is already turned on. I purchased this solely to use with Shibby's files via the "Shibbydex". Now that it won't connect, I'm left with an expensive &:rather odd looking paperweight. Any suggestions ???

After about 3 weeks lush 2 stopped charging. However manyvtimes I try reconnect the charge cable I just get a weak flash and nothing. Very frustrating

Hello I have purchased the lush 3 it got here Friday it does not charge at all I would like my money back or a brand new toy. I find it unacceptable that have nobody contacted me because I had sent three emails that I can screenshot and send. I have my bank statements and all I would like a full refund or a brand new toy. Customer service?

I’m baffled reading these reviews. Wonder if many of these are just plain fake. They seem like it since they all sound the same. And rave about the wonderful customer service. Which is what I have a problem with. I was told a week ago my product shipped. Check UPS tracking and it says it’s not even in their possession because it HASNT BEEN SHIPPED YET! It should be here by now if it was shipped when they said it was. But it hasn’t even gone anywhere yet. Tried to reach customer service only to find out they’re one of those companies who will NOT provide a phone number to contact them. That’s just shady and bad business. So I had to email them. Unlike the reviews here who say they for a response from them within hours I wonder if I’ll ever hear from them at all. About to just call my bank and reverse the charge since I’m out $200 and nothing to show for it. This company is sketchy. I wouldn’t risk buying anything from this place.

Terrible Interface

The app has nice aesthetics, but my issue comes with connectivity. The voice call and video call features aren’t working properly ch results in the audio cutting out and not coming back. Then the toys are having issues staying connected to the app. Overall, just bad. I’ve been a user for almost 2 years and all of a sudden your app stops in the middle of an important session. Completely ruined the experience Update: App keeps logging out after I logged in earlier in the day and didn’t log out. This has been happening a lot lately and its never happened before. Very irritating that I have to constantly log in when that wasn’t the case not even a full week ago. Very disappointing

Useless

If I could give this negative stars I would. Had to make a email change on my app so I reached out to customer service to see what steps I had to take to do so. Numerous attempts were made to do so before I finally got a response from someone who told me that the only way to update the email was to delete my account & this had to be done through their end I could not delete my account or update it. Once I agreed to delete my account I would have to create a new account & it had to be done on line not through the app. I created my new account and now I can’t log onto the app! I have made several attempts to contact customer service to fix the problem with no response . This app & the toy are a complete waste of money ! Don’t buy their accessories
