I’m still in the free trial time period and realized I wanted to use a different app for my business. As soon as I attempted to end the free trial I had issues with logging back in. I’m unable to confirm my email or reset my password. I have a lot on my plate and extremely frustrated that I cannot find contact for the support team or get anything to work. Not to mention to write this review I have to try a million unique names and they still show as taken.

This was a great app to use on my iPad with my smart keyboard to send out my responses but after iOS 11 came out, vcita no longer works. It still works on my iPhone but typing out long responses doesn’t really make sense unless I am away from my computer or iPad. Even the website doesn’t work in safari or google chrome on the iPad. Hopefully they fix this and I can start using my iPad again. I’ll update my rating once they fix this serious issue.

this app is nerfed unless you pay high subscription fees to access basic features like having multiple users, and scheduling multiple appointments at once.

vcita is terrible. It simply displays the web page you would find if you logged in on a mobile browser. Incredibly slow and frustrating. In switching platforms this week. Switching to FareHarbor. Much better platform, lower service fees, and access to basic features at no extra cost.

I have a cleaning service. The way I need to set up my services is complicated on your site. As will the rep that called me Skylar Costello has a bit of stiffness in her approach. She seemed as if she was more into selling me and not helping me. As well the look is not polished at all. It seems outdated. Unfortunately, I won’t be carrying on another month.

This was great until I got a new iPad and vcita that they want you to use (because it pops up on the web every 2 seconds while using online version) doesn’t run well on iOS 11. It’s almost useless unless you do it on a computer. The invoices cannot take deposits or partial payments which means you cannot use the converted estimate as an invoice if you accept a partial payment. Then you have to create a new invoice. Customer service (live) isn’t all that easy to reach either. The client ecard is great and the ability to create tags and categories is nice. The rest just needs work. I’m disappointed but paid for the year.

When it’s working vcita is great. Easy to use and with great features for a thriving business. However, it doesn’t always upload. I experience temporary outages on a weekly basis. Not why there are so many glitches.

this app has made our business responsibilities and organization so much easier. They are professional and willing to assist if needed. Thank you so much.

vcita kept me organized with all my calls and I liked the fact that it automatically linked to my google calendar.

When you launch a business and have no idea how people are going to react to your brand, how you are going to pay the bills, get clients, etc. The least you want to worry about it’s not following up with your clients about your address and information . That’s why it was so important for me to have a back up reminder of all that for my clients. this app always gives me the peace of mind of knowing my client has a virtual way of connecting with my company.

I have been using this app for my business for about 5 years now . I wouldn’t trade it for any tool for setting up appointments, to creating invoices. I highly recommend this app . It’s help me operate my business smoothly daily !

To grow a small business you have to have time to work on the business instead of in it, this app makes it much easier to handle daily tasks so you can focus on growing your business. I know, because I have built a few businesses from the ground up and this app has been my go to tool for a long time.

Is it perfect, no, but from experience I can say that no tool is. What makes this product shine is the ease of use, for you the owner and for clients. It’s also extremely flexible with the ability to customize everything. With a little help from a seasoned pro, this tool can do anything from scheduling, reminders, payments and my favorite is the ability to integrate with Zapier - that’s when the real fun starts since you can share information between this app and apps like QuickBooks, ship-station and so on. Ohh, the client portal is a sweet new bonus feature!

this app is well worth the expense, in my professional opinion.

I’ve been using this app for a number of years and it’s a very helpful tool for running a small business. I am a massage therapist and psychotherapist and this app supports my clients to utilize my site for bookings, payments, and messaging. I appreciate all the various settings available to custom fit your business needs.

I liked what I saw after doing some research but was hesitant because of its really poor rating here in the Ap store. So far, it does what it says it does. I have not completely built out every feature but can’t imagine the this app mobile app will suddenly start crashing and not performing as described in other reviews.

Easy to use!! Omg I needed vcita and it works amazingly simple and I could not run my business without it. Notifications of pending appts is invaluable, vcita has saved my rear many times. Notifications of payments, all instant, and so helpful. Yeah, I need vcita and appreciate how accurate and responsive it works

vcita is very good for businesses like mine that use cell phone as my primary. it allows me to schedule appointments and add clients very easily ( usually while I'm speaking with them) and then it syncs up with my Google calendars. I have a paid subscription which adds a little more customization and functionality. Nothing but 5 stars from me.

This is by FAR the best scheduling software (and way more) that I have used in 33 years of practice and I have tried many of them! It is super intuitive and easy to set up. I love vcita , text and email reminders, review and marketing capabilities, accepts payments and patient portal. Did I mention excellent customer support to answer questions and get set up. I wish I would have found this software sooner!

I have used VCitaFor years now. It is a reliable CRM. My clients enjoy the experience. It integrates effortlessly into my website. this app is always improving. Every single customer question I have had has been addressed and, more importantly, they follow up to make sure they have met your needs. this app is a non-negotiable in my online business. I’m the only person in my company but there are also great tools for businesses that have multiple employees. Simply, this is a must.

this app has contributed to the success of my company over the past couple years. It’s easy to use for my self, staff, and clients. this app keeps my clients info, bookings, and e-commerce organized. They are always looking to better the system by asking us how they can improve and they truly do so. I love this app!

Now I understand why they charge you for a whole year in advance. They have the worst customer service ever. You will be calling for a whole day without answer, even if you leave messages, emails, more messages at the website... nothing works. When you mention that you want your money back, everybody disappears... 👎🏼

I recently downloaded vcita on my iPad and it will not open, screen goes black and closes. It works fine on my iPhone, and Mac book. I'm a bit frustrated because I use vcita for my business.

This used to be a good companion to the web app which is pretty solid. vcita however gets worse and buggier with every release. The latest release doesn't even open on my phone anymore. Guys, just rerelease an old version of vcita and leave it alone so it works.

App is a great tool however the letters on the iPhone for the address and notes are too small to read. I rely on the iPhone. I have reached out to the company and they advised there is nothing that they can do.

When i open my app it just gives me a white screen. I’ve never had any issues until now. I’ve been unable to use vcita for several days. I’d like my charges to be prorated for all the days I’ve had to go via website. Very disappointed.

When scheduling an appointment, vcita is glitchy, slow and unreliable.
