I used to really like Snug, however now it’s impossible to login and something always seems to be wrong with it. I will no longer be recommending Snug.

It kept saying “offline, you are currently offline” what?!?! I purchase Snug to be work better. I want my money back.

Everytime I try and go onto Snug it is saying that I am offline and can’t join but I am connected to wifi! Someone help!

Giving it two stars because Snug is really good but recently it has way too many bugs. Recently logged doff and now I can’t log back in. Wish it could be fixed, used it on a daily basis to rearrange pictures before uploading them.
Also it would be cool if we could have different previews of our final rearrangements and not having to re-do them after we close Snug . I usually take screenshots but it’s quite disappointing to not have such a simple feature that could help out.
It would also be cool if by the time we were to add another picture we could simply go back to the camera roll’s last part to which I scrolled, instead of having to scroll all the way to the picture I want to upload.

I really wanted to like Snug since looking for a vsco grid replacement, and I did like it for the first few days until I realized 1- I can't plan my instagrams when I don't have Internet (ex on the subway or on a plane) and 2- Snug just completely stopped working after trying to open it on airplane mode. It either tells me it has an error or will load my friends Instagram feeds (like if I were to open the IG app and scroll through new posts) instead of showing me my grid! Still looking for a grid replacement app until this app gets some much needed updates

No idea how to get ahold of customer service but I keep getting an error message that this app is offline. Help please.

Given that Snug is probably only just past its MVP, I think it’s coming along really well. There is still a lot of functionality missing, but if that gets added, it’ll be a powerful app.

- If I completely exit Snug then open it again, all my precious planning has disappeared!!!!
- Would like to tap and hold photos to re-arrange them
- Needs visual indicator to distinguish which photos are from the feed, and which ones are planned
- Schedule a specific time to post a photo. I’d love to be able to get a notification Sunday - Thursday nights at 9pm, that directs me to post a photo
- Write out a caption beforehand
- The top-left corner sometimes has and other times doesn’t have the Plus icon square. This is an inconsistent user experience

Other things to consider that may be cool to do usability testing on:
- Does Switch Account need so much prominence? It seems like a more secondary action to me. Do that many users actually use that button, or could that real estate be utilized another way, and Switch Account functionality lives in a hamburger menu?
- Is the crop icon at the bottom menu necessary, if tapping on the photo does the same thing? Or what if it stayed there but then ideally, it’d be nice to tap on the photo and add a caption to it

The color scheme is nice and it feels clean. Overall, I’m excited about the future of Snug!

I’ve been using Snug for a while because it is free, but I’ve consistently experienced problems. For example, sometimes when I delete one photo all of the photos I’ve recently uploaded are deleted. Also, when I upload photos to one account they also appear on my other account. When I close Snug and open it again later, my unposted images have often disappeared causing me to have to go back and try to remember which photos I’d added and in what order. Snug would be amazing to use if there weren’t so many of these annoying issues.

When I first downloaded Snug, I loved it's functionality! It's really handy to fix your feed around. Unfortunately, recently (maybe because of an update) it has not been letting me rearrange my pictures which just doesn't make sense. Additionally, when I close Snug and post a picture on my Instagram, the order I had on this app will rearrange, lose some pictures and bring back old pictures I deleted. Just some constructive criticism. Once this has been fixed I will gladly give five stars.

I’ve had Snug for a pretty long time. But recently, I got a new phone and when I try to log back into this app it always says “Timed Out”! Even if I’m in a pretty good area with great connection, no matter what it never lets me back in. I’ve tried resetting my IG password, turning my phone off and on, redownloading Snug multiple times, but it never seems to work! The mechanics are great, when I’m in the actual app, but strangely it almost never allows me to get in the application anymore..? I don’t know maybe a bug or something.. anyways awesome app!

Love the updates to Snug , but one of my biggest annoyances is that when I send photos to my phone to post (via airdrop or from Dropbox) and I go to add them, the photos are in order of the date they are captured, meaning that I can't find the photos I just added if they weren't taken most recently. The photos app on iPhone shows them in order of when they were added. It would be so much less frustrating if this app could be the same.

Hey! I love Snug and use it all the time. However recently I have been getting logged out of my accounts. I’m trying to log back in but I get this message: “Error. This page could not be loaded. If you have cookies disabled in your browser, or you are browsing in private mode, please try enabling cookies or turning off private mode, and then retrying your action.” I didn’t use to get this message before until now. I deleted Snug and re downloaded but it still comes up. I checked my settings and my cookies are enabled. Any way to fix this?

I came across Snug by a Google search because for so long I would post my Instagram photo, take a quick screenshot and then delete it to see how my feed will look. I know that sounds dumb and a lot of work-that's what I thought too. But I'm SO glad I came across Snug! It's such a simple but genius idea especially for someone like me who needs to see how my Instagram will look before I can confidently post. If you are even considering getting Snug just do it! You seriously won't regret it!

Number one thing, I post a lot of videos so having the ability to choose the thumbnail for that video (this app just chooses the first frame) would be amazing! Second, the ability to have two account always loaded so I can easily switch like in the Instagram app. No biggie but it would be nice.

App works really well other than that, you can even delete older photos and after you refresh they come back in.

I found this app a while ago when it would only let me preview the next photo I wanted to post. I considered not using it since I wasn't able to preview how multiple photos would look in my feed after closing out of Snug . Now that photos stay, and that I can drag and drop them in a different order, I am absolutely in LOVE. This is the perfect tool for my business, which markets primarily on social media. Thank you, thank you, thank you this app!!!
