I purchased one of your Bluetooth thermometers (black square) with built in probe on 5/1/22 from Amazon. I bought this to replace our Bluetooth thermometer that we purchased several years ago. I’m unable to pair our new thermometer with my iPhone. I also am unable to navigate your app since it won’t advance past the Welcome screen. Finally, I’m unable to turn off this thermometer. None of the trouble shooting solutions helped. Thanks!

I have 2 of these units, and both end up displaying N/A after a short while in operation. I have uninstalled, and re-installed, no difference?? Please help

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EasyBBQ app issues:

Force Stop the EasyBBQ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EasyBBQ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EasyBBQ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EasyBBQ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EasyBBQ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
