I purchased one of your Bluetooth thermometers (black square) with built in probe on 5/1/22 from Amazon. I bought this to replace our Bluetooth thermometer that we purchased several years ago. I’m unable to pair our new thermometer with my iPhone. I also am unable to navigate your app since it won’t advance past the Welcome screen. Finally, I’m unable to turn off this thermometer. None of the trouble shooting solutions helped. Thanks!

I have 2 of these units, and both end up displaying N/A after a short while in operation. I have uninstalled, and re-installed, no difference?? Please help

How to fix EasyBBQ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EasyBBQ app on iPhone
Update EasyBBQ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EasyBBQ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EasyBBQ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EasyBBQ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EasyBBQ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EasyBBQ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EasyBBQ App
1. On android, goto Settings » EasyBBQ » click [Force Stop]

Update EasyBBQ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EasyBBQ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EasyBBQ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EasyBBQ.

Fix EasyBBQ unable to contact server/ EasyBBQ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EasyBBQ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EasyBBQ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EasyBBQ
