What’s the purpose of having this service if you can’t share valid company information?

1. Customer service requires you wait for at least 1.5 hours 2. It costs $100 per stock to transfer out of tiger 3. You cannot sell covered calls on your existing holding. They will claim that you don’t have sufficient funds. Hello? I’m holding equivalent in stock? Just hold the stock as collateral? 4. The English in TigerTrade is horrible If you are a newbie to trading and you speak Chinese, great. Use this. Otherwise please do yourself a favor and use a grown up broker.

There is no such two choices in the open account procedure.

After opening and funding my account for $200 approximately two years ago, I have experienced nonstop problems. Until I have decided to save myself aggravations, so I deleted TigerTrade . However, prior to deleting TigerTrade I have tried for many months to withdraw my funds at the same account it came from With no success. After emailing them over the past two months with absolutely no response I have decided to leave this review.
