Hello Bunq's Email notifications are NOT working at all, I have removed and added Emails again though. The only Email received is to confirm that my Email is changed and after that no email when either I receive payments or send funds pre-scheduled.
Big problem with travelcard, ATM in Thailand. Acces denied, failure says too many wrong pin codes, I used the security code, instead of pincode, first time I use this card for ATM (in Thailand they use 6 figures, I was confused) Card is now deactivated and making a new pin code is not working, also tapping on card for reactivate not show. Couple of weeks ago I tried to send money to my abnamro account, but that als did not work. This is a terrible app, not logic to use, once done with a action not possible to log out, or go to home page, have to click back all the pages.
When logging in after I type my pin I get the following message. [Network error check your internet connection and try again]. I just logged in a few days ago and worked fine. Never had this message before kindly assist me. Regards Paul Robb
Can't verify any document to proof that I am me. Please fix this asap. Tried turning off data, tried uninstalling, didn't work. Also logged in via a different phone, no success. Nice.
The bunq app pm my phone says that I don't have internet connection. But I have. Can't log in
Dear Sirs I tried to open an account with Bunq a few days ago. I inserted my personal data and asked for a joint account (through Easy Bank). At that point an error occurred (possibly due to poor connection) and I was forced to quit the application. Entering again the application I was forced to proceed either with “Try for Free” or “Already a member, Login”. Selection : “Try for free” “Set up your Bank Account in 5 minutes” screen appeared, I filled all fields properly (including “Name on Mailbox”) and I checked “Terms and Conditions” . Then the “Next” button turned blue, I pressed it and proceed to the screen “Do you remember your credentials ? Log in with my old credentials or Help me access my account”. I selected “Log in with my old credentials”. I filled my mail and code and the screen “Welcome to Bunq” with 7 informative screens appeared. I pressed “x” to close the screen and the screen “Set up your Bank Account in 5 minutes” appeared again. In that screen all fields were properly filled except for the “Name on Mailbox” field which was blank. I filled that field, checked Terms and Conditions but the Next button seemed dead. It did not turn blue. It did not respond to pressing. The app was stuck. The same happened if I had chosen “Help me access my account” Selection : “Already a member, Login”. The same ending applies to “Already a member, Login” selection. i.e. “Set up your Bank Account in 5 minutes” screened appeared. In that screen all fields were properly filled except for the “Name on Mailbox” field which was blank. I filled that field, checked Terms and Conditions but the Next button seems dead. It does not turn blue. It does not respond to pressing. I tried to : Restart my mobile In Settings, select Bunq application , select “Force stop” In Settings, select Bunq application , select “Clear Data” and (cash memory) In Settings, select Bunq application , enable location permission Uninstall and reinstall Bunq application Even (I don’t recall how) through a screen of the Bunq app, I managed to press on a “Peoples sign” , and managed to delete my user account. No luck. My name, surname, mail, phone etc. inserted in my first attempt to make an account are still there. Could you help me to erase these data, “clear” the app from my data or equivalent in order to start from fresh ? Do you propose any other ideas ? Thank you in advance Dimitrios
