- Every single time I use this app when I’m studying, it crashes and doesn’t give me any points for the HOURS of studying that I do

The rewards are not working on my app. It says “no rewards available, update your location and try again”. I have tried changing my location multiple times and it hasn’t worked. Please could you help?

I have the hold app. It has my current address and the only communities popping up are in the UK. I also cannot get any of the rewards as it keeps saying to update my address but the address is correct.

no matter how regularly i update my location the rewards screen simply says its not working and to update my location, this has been happening for around a month now. is this a glitch or have i missed something?

How to fix Hold app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hold app on iPhone
Update Hold app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hold iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hold on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hold network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hold Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hold not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hold App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hold » click [Force Stop]

Update Hold to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hold App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hold » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hold.

Fix Hold unable to contact server/ Hold internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hold » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hold » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hold
