Could use a map feature and street view
Zillow does it right, although that app only covers apartments in the states, I think this app can learn a few things from it.

Love it! - Great app that's user-friendly with useful information
Love this app! I highly recommend this app for anyone who is looking for a place to rent - especially if you are not familiar with the city. My sister and I recently moved to London from Los Angeles and this app helped us find an amazing flat to rent. The app is easy to navigate and you can easily customize your search to multiple locations with your property preferences. With just one click you can schedule a viewing and this app will confirm your viewing and email you all the necessary info. this app also has fantastic area guides that were very helpful. A different way to house hunt
My cousin is moving to London and I told her I'd help her out. We looked through the regular online sites, but they aren't really great for using on a mobile, plus this has a great neighborhood feature which really helped as she didn't know which area she wanted to live in! Also super clean user interface - no clutter, easy to keep track of what I viewed, nice clean colours. Great find and highly recommend!
