Horrible, horrible app. Doesn’t refresh and can’t add a check into my account. Unacceptable.
App doesn’t refresh. Can’t see what’s in the bank or pay on loans because balance is 3 days old and won’t refresh.
I highly recommend Chrome as ones home town bank!! I’ve been with them since 2012, I have to be honest in the beginning it was a little rocky due too my account being switched over from my previous Credit Union being closed down for legal issues!! I grew to love and appreciate and the warm reception and response from the representative over the years!! I couldn’t ask for better service from any other local banks!! Thank you all team members and representatives from The Chrome Federal Credit Union 🙂👏🏾👏🏾🙏🏾
